Özet

Birçok gelişim ve değişimin yaşandığı bilgi çağı olarak adlandırılan günümüz dünyasında, teknolojik gelişmeler birçok alanı etkilediği gibi eğitim alanını da etkisi altına almıştır. Bu çerçevede çalışmanın amacı bilgi çağının sosyal hayata yansıması, çağdaş eğitim sisteminin yapısının ortaya konulması, eğitimde meydana gelen değişim ve gelişmeler doğrultusunda ortaya çıkan yeni yaklaşımların açıklanması ve eğitimin yapıtaşlarından biri olan öğretmenlerin istihdamının yıllara, bölgelere, branşlara, resmi ve özel sektörde çalışma durumuna göre incelenerek, nitelikli ve kaliteli öğretmen istihdamının günümüz standartlarına uygun şekilde yapılmasına katkı sağlanmasıdır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak öncelikle bilgi çağı ve temel bileşenleri açıklanarak, eğitim, eğitim teknolojileri, eğitimde bilgisayar ve internet kullanımı kavramlarına yer verilmiş, Fatih Projesi ve kapsamı üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın en son bölümünde ise öğretmen istihdamı ve öğretmen istihdamında meydana gelen yeni perspektifler sebep, sonuç ve çözüm önerileri bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir.

In today's world named after“information society”in which plenty of changes as well as developments take place, technological progress has affected the field of education as in the other fields. In this context, the aim of the study is to reveal the reflections of the knowledge age to the social life, and to put forward the structure of contemporary education system, and to explain the new approaches that occur in parallel to the changes and the progresses in the field of education and also to analyze the employment of the teachers depending upon the years, regions, branches, private or the state sectors which pave the way to the contribution of the employment of qualified teachers that is in compatible with the today's standards. Therefore, initially, the main paradigms of knowledge age as well as its main dynamics have been emphasized and also the concepts such as education, education technology, the use of computer and internet in education have been mentioned as well. In the last chapter of the study, employment of the teacher and the new perspectives on the teacher employment have been taken into account within the framework of causes and effects and also the solutions.
