ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ BEDEN EĞİTİMİ VE SPOR YÜKSEKOKULU ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN İSTİHDAM EDİLEBİLME ALGISI GÜMÜŞAY, Abdullah Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Anabilim Dalı Tez Danışmanı: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Serkan İBİŞ Haziran 2014, 101 Sayfa Bu çalışma, Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu (BESYO) öğrencilerinin istihdam edilebilirlik algısını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeli ile yapıldı ve araştırma verileri anket yöntemiyle elde edildi. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Türkiye'deki 42 BESYO arasından random seçilen 10 BESYO'nun, farklı bölümlerinde okuyan 890 son sınıf öğrencisi oluşturdu. Veri toplama aracı olarak, birinci bölümde kişisel bilgiler, ikinci bölümde“İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği”(İEÖ), üçüncü bölümde“Hırs Ölçeği”(HÖ), dördüncü bölümde ise“Üniversiteye Bağlılık Ölçeğinden”(ÜBÖ) oluşan, bir anket kullanıldı. Ölçekteki ifadelerin değerlendirilmesinde, 5 puanlı Likert tipi (1= hiç katılmıyorum – 5 = tamamen katılıyorum) bir ölçekten faydalanıldı. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla, verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve frekans/yüzde gibi betimsel istatistiklerin yanında, normal dağılım (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) testi, varyans homojenliği (Levene's homogenity test) testi, t-testi (Mann-Whitney U), çoklu varyans analizi (Manova) testi, açıklayıcı faktör analizi (explanatory factor analysis) ve ilişki testi (Pearson's correlation test) yapıldı. Çalışma sonucunda istihdam edilebilirlik, hırs ve üniversiteye bağlılık arasında pozitif anlamlı ilişki tespit edildi.

ABSTRACT MASTER THESİS EMPLOYABILITY PERCEPTIONS SCHOOL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS STUDENTS GÜMÜŞAY, Abdullah Physical Education and Sport Supervisor: Assistant Professor Serkan İBİŞ June 2014, 101 Sayfa This study was carried out to determine Employability Perceptions School of Physical Education and Sports College of students. The research was done with the relational scanning model and data were obtained by questionnaire method. The study sample was comprised of 10 Colleges of Physical Education and Sports who different departments studying final year students, which randomly selected 42 among Physical Education and Sport Colleges, in Turkey. As a tool for data collection was used a survey which totaly make up of four sections which including the first section personal informations, the second section“ Employability Scale”, the third section“Ambition Scale”and the fourth section“University Commitment Scale ”. At the aim of Scale evaluation of expressions was utilized a 5-point Likert-type (1 = strongly disagree - 5 = strongly agree). In order to test the hypothesis of the study was performed the data analysis which embracing descriptive statistics such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and frequency / percentage and different tests such as the normal distribution test (Kolmogorov -Smirnov), homogeneity of variance test (Levene), t-test (Mann-Whitney U), multiple analysis of variance test (MANOVA), explanatory factor analysis and correlation test (Pearson's correlation). As the result of the study indicates, among employability, ambition and university commitment was detected a positive correlation.
