Özet
Felsefede ve özel olarak siyaset felsefesinde kavramlar, onların yaşamımızdaki konumlanma şekilleri ve bu konumlanmaların gerek düşüncelerimizde gerekse yaşam pratiklerimizde yarattığı etkilerle temel tartışma nesnesi haline gelmiştir. Bu tartışma nesnelerinden birisi olarak görülebilecek“politik olan”, siyasal tartışmalarda farklı dönemlerin farklı düşünürleri tarafından üzerinde durulan ve tartışmalara dâhil olan herkesin onu bir yerinden yakalayarak hakkında birçok şey söylemeye çalıştığı bir kavramdır. Bu çalışmada da politik olan, farklı düşünürlerin yaklaşımlarından soyutlanmaksızın, çağdaş Fransız felsefesinin önde gelen düşünürlerinden birisi olan Jacques Rancière'in fikirlerinden hareketle ele alınmaya çalışılacaktır.“Jacques Rancière'de Politik Olanın İmkânı”ana başlığını taşıyan bu tez çalışması, politik olan kavramını onu yönetim biçimlerine ya da uygulamalarına indirgeyen bakış açısından ayıracaktır. Bu bağlamda, yönetsel pratikler ve karşılaşmalardan değil, politikadan hareketle politik olanı düşünmeye çalışacaktır. Rancière'in eserlerinde politik olanı kavramsallaştırış biçimi doğrultusunda üç bölüme ayrılan tez çalışmasının ilk bölümünde, politik olan kavramı“toplumsal”daki konumlanış biçimiyle birlikte ele alınarak, Rancière'in onun temel unsurlarından birisi olarak gösterdiği“polis”üzerinde durulacaktır. İkinci bölümde ise, politik olanın diğer yapıcı unsuru olarak öne çıkan“politika”ya değinilecektir. Rancière'in polis ve politikanın karşılaşması olarak altını doldurduğu politik olan tartışmasında, politik olanın imkânı polisten hareketle ve politikayla birlikte düşünülecektir. Böylece son bölümde, polis biçimi olarak değil,“politika olarak demokrasi fikri”nin bu imkâna yönelik açtığı ufuk sorunsallaştırılacaktır.

ABSTRACT Concepts have become the main object of discussion in philosophy and particularly in the political philosophy with their positioning in our lives and their effects which are created by these positionings both in our life practices and in our thoughts. The political could be seen as one of these discussion objects is a concept on which is dwelled by different thinkers in different times. Every thinker had involved in debates has tried to tell a lot of thing about it by cathing it from its one site. In this study, the political will be discussed by moving from ideas of Jacques Rancière, who is one of the leading thinkers in contemporary French philosophy, without abstracted from ideas of other philosophers. This thesis titled as“Possibility of the Political in Jacques Rancière”will separate the concept of political from the viewpoint which reduces it to forms of government or practices of management. Within this context, it will be tried to think the political by moving from the politics, not from governmental practices and encounters. The thesis is divided into three parts in accordance with the conceptualization of political of Rancière and in the first part, it will be dwelled on the concept of“police”is indicated as one of main factors of political by Rancière while the concept of political is discussed together with it's positioning in the“social”. As to second part, it will be debated the“politics”comes to the fore as other constructive element of the political. In the discussion of political which Rancière described as an encounter of politics with the police, it will be considered the possibility of political by moving from police and together with politics. Thereby in the last part, it will be questioned the horizon is opened by the idea of democracy as politics, not as the form of police, related to the possibility of political.
