Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, lise 4.sınıf programlarında yer alan Modern Fizik konuları ile ilgili kavram düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik çoktan seçmeli sorulardan oluşan geçerli ve güvenilir kavram testi geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla öncelikli olarak lise 4.sınıf fizik öğretim programında yer alan Modern Fizik konularıyla ilgili kazanımlar incelenerek, ölçülecek kazanımlar belirlenmiştir, daha sonra bu kazanımlar için sorular hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan bu sorular yapılan ön uygulamalar sonucunda, alanında uzman ulusal ve uluslararası fizik eğitimcilerinin görüşleri ile düzenlemiştir. Lise son sınıf seviyesinde 150 öğrenci ile pilot çalışma yapılmıştır. Testlerin pilot uygulamalarından elde edilen veriler üzerinden test maddelerinin seçenekleri oluşturulmuş ve bu süreçte uzman görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Araştırmaya Kayseri il merkezinden 2013- 2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında seçilen beş adet lisede okuyan 300 öğrenci katılmıştır. 300 adet lise 4.sınıf öğrencisine uygulanan kavram testi sonuçları ayrı ve bütün olarak analiz edilmiştir. Testin güvenirliği Cronbach Alpha katsayısı ile belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucu lise 4.sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanan testin güvenirlik katsayısı α = 0.603 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu sonuçlar maddelerin birbiri ile uyumlu olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca her bir uygulama için ayrı ayrı maddelere ait güçlük ve ayırt edicilik indeksleri hesaplanmıştır. Maddelerin ortalama ayırt edicilik ve güçlük indekslerine bakıldığında uygulanan kavram testinin öğrenciler için ayırt edici ve zor olduğu söylenebilir. Lise son sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanan MFKT sonuçları arasında anlamlı fark olup olmadığı bağımsız örneklem t-testi sonuçlarına bakılarak belirlenmiştir. Analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi 0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre lise son öğrencilerinin sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda öğrencilerin modern fizik konuları ile ilgili kavram düzeylerini belirlemede yardımcı olacağı, geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu düşünülen, 30 maddeden oluşan bir MFKT geliştirilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to develop valid and reliable concept test consisting of multiple choice questions which aim to determine the levels of concept about modern physics which are placed collectively at the last grade of high school. For this purpose, preferably crucial acquisitions which will be evaluated have been determined by analyzing the acquisitions about modern physics which are placed collectively at the last grade of high school and the first grade of physics curriculum in university and then, the questions have been prepared for these crucial acquisitions. These prepared questions have been arranged by prior applications and the views of national and international physics educators. Pilot study has been done with 150 students at the last grade of high school.. The choices of test components have been formed by the data gained by the pilot applications of test and in this process, the views of experts have been consulted. 300 students who have been studied in 5 high schools which have been chosen at the beginning of the 2013-2014 Education Year in Kayseri .The results of concept test which has been applied to 300 students at the last grade of high school have been analyzed independently and completely. The reliability of the test has been determined by the Cronbach alpha coefficient. As a result of analysis, the reliability of the test coefficient which has been applied for the last grade high school students was α = 0.603. Those results have shown that the components were coherent with each other. Furthermore, for each application, complexity and distinguishing indexes of each component have been figured. When average complexity and distinguishing indexes have been analyzed, it can be said that the concept test was difficult and distinguishing for the students. If there is significant difference between the results of MPCT applied for the last grade of high school and first grade of university students or not has been determined in accordance with independent sample t-test results. Signifance level has been accepted as 0.05 in analysis. According to the gained data, it has been seen that there is significant difference between the results of high school. As a result of these studies, a MPCT, consisting of 30 components, which is considered as being valid and reliable to help to determine the students' levels of concept about modern physics, has been developed.
