SUMMARY With the ertabüshed of European Communities aim at economical and political integration, a îegaî order, is independent and different from domestic Raw, is (also) born. Legal order is born different from national legal order of community members. Main characteristics of this new and special Community law order are execution of the Community iaw in ail member countries and giving priority to the Community law in cases of confiiction between national and Community laws. Because of these two features which separate the Community law ' necessary“from classical international law it is essential to take on the obligations which ccmes from the treaties forming these Communities and Community law which are formed by application of these treaties. In my thesis, ”The Compatibility of the European Communities law and Turkish Constitutional Order“ the structure of European Communi ties which differs from classical international organisations as we described briefly above is examined; problems that may a rise about accordance to legal regulations of these Communities to which Turkey aims to join as a full member in the future are presented and also necessary solutions are tried to be recommend. In this study that consists mainly of four parts, historical development of European Communities and a summary of aimsf of -'European Communities are presented as an introduction. In Part I, the outstanding characteristics which seperate the European Community from classical international organizations are anaiized Part II. considers sources of Community Law, and priority and direct application of under the title of-' ”Problems born from protection of homogenour quality of theCommunity Law. In Part IÎÎ titled as“Turkish Constitution Law and Requirement of Community Law”, after explanations about sovereignty concept in Turkish Constitutional Order- the requirements of Community Law and priority of Community rules in the cases of confiiction with Turkish Laws. In Part IV which has a title of“Change, that have to made on Turkish Constitution”Changes that have to be made on Turkish Constitution to meet requirements of Community Law that we determined in previous pat, are Considered the study is complected by Final Part where a general review is made about structure of Law European Communities and Harmonization of Turkish Constitutional Law to European Communities.
