Özet
Ahlâk ve siyaset ilimlerinin İslâm düşüncesinde Meşşâî gelenek içerisinde ortaya çıktığı kabul görmektedir. Bununla birlikte İşrâkî ahlâk ve siyaset geleneği hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip değiliz. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada Şehrezûrî'nin eserlerinden yola çıkarak ahlâk ve siyasetin İşrâkî düşüncedeki yansımalarını tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde ahlâk ve siyasetin ilimler sistematiği içerisindeki yeri tespit etmeye çalışıldı. İkinci bölüm ahlâk ve siyaset düşüncesinin kaynaklarını değerlendirmek maksadıyla Şehrezûrî'nin nefs görüşüne ayrıldı. Özellikle nefsin yetkinliği başlığı altında Şehrezûrî'nin ahlâk düşüncesindeki tasavvufî ve işrâkî temayüllerin izi sürüldü. Filozof bu bölümde nefsin yetkinliğini iki aşamalı olarak ele alır. İlk olarak riyazet ve mücahede yöntemleriyle bedenî eğitimle nefs istenilen düzeye getirilir. Sonrasında mükaşefe ve müşahede yöntemleriyle de nefs zihnî arınma süreciyle kendisine Nurlar Nuru'ndan bilgi akışına hazır hale gelir. Bu şekilde insan kendisinden beklenen yetkinlik düzeyine gelerek“ârif”makamına ulaşır. Şehrezûrî düşüncesinde ilim olarak ahlâk ve siyaset düşüncesinin değerlendirildiği üçüncü bölümde Şehrezûrî'nin ahlâk ve siyaset düşüncesinin genel özellikleri ve etkilendiği çevrelere değinilerek ahlâkın kavramsal arka planı ve değişebilirliği, meleke ve huy kavramları gibi ahlâk felsefesinin temel meseleleri incelendi. Yine bu bölümde erdemler, erdemsizlikler, ahlâkî hastalıklar ve tedavi yöntemleri, aile ahlâkı ve siyaset konularına yer verildi. Bununla birlikte ahlâkla ilişkili olan sevgi, dostluk ve adalet gibi temel kavramlara da değinildi.

In Islamic thought, it is commonly accepted that ethics and politics emerge from the Messhai tradition. That being said, our knowledge about ethics and politics in the Ishraqi tradition is limited. In an attempt to address this issue, the purpose of the present study is to identify the effects of ethics and politics on the Ishraqi Philosophy based on Shahrazuri's works. This study is comprised of three chapters. The first chapter discusses the place of ethics and politics in scientific systems. In order to better understand the origins of ethics and politics, the second chapter is dedicated to the views of Shahrazuri on the Self. In particular, this chapter examines the mystical and Ishraqi tendencies in Shahrazuri's views on ethics in terms of the competency of the Self, which Shahrazuri studies in two phases. Initially, the Self is tamed through asceticism and mujahade. Then, by cleaning the mind through mukashefe and insight/inner experience/personal witness (mushadah), the Self is prepared for inspirations from Nur'ûl Envâr. Hence, people reach the level of competency expected of them, and thus, become“wise”. Wise is also used as a defining characteristic of ethical people who have reached this level competency both theoretically and practically. The last chapter elaborates on the conceptual background and changeability of ethics as well as such fundamental issues of ethics as faculty and temperament while touching upon the general characteristics of Shahrazuri's views on ethics and politics, and people affecting his views. Moreover, this chapter covers virtues, immoralities, ethical disorders and their treatments, family order and politics. Furthermore, in this chapter, other fundamental concepts relevant to ethics, including love, friendship and justice, are discussed as well.
