Özet
Türkiye coğrafik konumu ile bitki coğrafyası açısından çok önemli olan 3 fitocoğrafik bölgenin kesişme noktasındadır. Makro ve mikro iklim yapısından dolayı zengin bir floraya ve eşsiz biyoçeşitliliğe sahiptir. Davis (1965-1988) tarafından yazılan Türkiye Florası, Türkiye'nin zengin floristik çeşitliliğini yansıtmaktadır ve bitki taksonomisinde önemli bir eserdir. Ancak, Flora'nın yazımı sırasında yetersiz materyalle çalışılmasından dolayı tür deskripsiyonlarında, teşhis anahtarlarında, habitat ve lokasyonlarında bir çok eksik ve zorluklar göze çarpmaktadır. Fabaceae familyası biyolojik ve ekonomik önemi olan ve çok cins içeren büyük bir familyadır. Bu revizyon çalışmasında; Fabacaeae familyasına ait bir cins olan Dorycnium Miller. cinsine ait türler morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik ve moleküler özellikleri yönünden incelenmiş, moleküler ve nümerik analizler de yapılmıştır. Böylece cinsin teşhis anahtarı, deskripsiyonları ve sistematik problemlerinin giderilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Cinse ait türlerin habitat özellikleri, IUCN kategorileri ve coğrafik yayılışları belirtilmiş ayrıca tüm taksonlara ait tür teşhis anahtarı yeniden düzenlenmiştir. Tüm taksonların gövde ve yaprak enine kesitleri ve palinolojik özellikleri ışık mikroskobunda incelenmiş ayrıca polenler taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) incelemelerine göre de değerlendirilmiştir. Polenler trikolporat tipte ve prolat ile subprolat şekilde olup ornemantasyon genellikle tektat-faveolattır. Diğer taraftan, elektron mikroskobu (SEM) incelemeleri ile tohum mikromorfolojileri de araştırılmıştır. Bitki örneklerinin genomik DNA'ları izole edilmiş ve ITS bölgesi polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PCR) yolu ile çoğaltılmıştır. ITS bölgelerinin dizileme işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Cinse ait türlerden elde edilen ITS dizi verilerine göre filogenetik ağaç oluşturulmuş ve türler arasındaki filogenetik ilişki belirlenmiştir. Türlerin fenetik olarak düzenlenmesi amacıyla nümerik taksonomisi araştırılmıştır. Morfolojik ve palinolojik incelemeler sonucu olarak, taksonomik anlamda önemli olan; habitus, gövde, yaprak, çiçek, polen, meyve ve tohum özellikleri olmak üzere yedi ana başlık altında 43 karakter belirlenmiştir. Bu 43 karakter için elde edilen nümerik değerler kullanılarak taksonların filogenetik ilişkilerinin dendrogramı Mystat 12.02 paket programı ile oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan bu revizyon çalışması ile Fabaceae familyası içerisinde yer alan Dorycnium Miller. cinsinin sistematik problemleri giderilmiş, Türkiye Florası için yeni kayıt olan Dorycnim hirsutum var. syriacum taksonu güncellenmiştir. Dorycnium cinsi Türkiye'de 10 takson ile temsil edilmekte olup endemik takson sayısı 4 tane olarak belirlenmiştir.

Turkey is at the point of the intersection of three phytogeographical regions which are very important in terms of geographical location and plant geography. It has a rich flora and a unique biodiversity due to the macro and micro climate structure. 'Flora of Turkey', edited by Davis (1965-1988), is being reflected the rich biodiversity of Turkey and is an important work in plant taxonomy. However, during its edition, so many insufficiency and difficulties for description, identification keys, habitat and location of species are prominent because of poor samples. Fabaceae is a big family containing various genus that are biologically and economically important. In this revision study, the genus Dorycnium Miller. belonging Fabaceae family has been investigated in terms of their morphological, anatomical, palynological and molecular characteristics. Molecular and numerical analysis were also conducted on species of the genus. Thus, the elimination of problems related to description, identification keys and taxonomy has been aimed. On the samples of species belonging the genus, habitat characteristics, geographical distribution and IUCN categories have been determined, and additionally, species identification keys has been rearranged. Transversal section of the stems and leaves of the all taxa were prepared and palynological examination were carried out under the light microscopy, and also the pollens were evaluated according to the scanning electron microcope (SEM) examination. Pollen types were tricolporate subprolat with the prolate and ornamentation is usually tektat-faveolat. On the other hand, the seed micromorphology was also investigated by scanning electron microcope (SEM) examination. The genomic DNA of plant samples were isolated and ITS regions were amplified by PCR reactions. ITS regions of the samples were sequenced. According to the ITS sequences of species' of the genus phylogenetic tree was generated and the phylogenetic relationships between species was determined. Numerical taxonomy was surveyed in order to make the phenetic arrangements of the species. As a result of morphological and palinological studies, taxonomically importand 43 characters under seven main criteria were determined such as habitus, stem, leaf, flowers, polen, fruit and seed features. Using numerical values of 43 characters, dendrogram of phylogenetical relations of all taxa was constructed by software Mystat 12.02. The systematical problem of the genus Dorycnium Miller. within Fabaceae family were resolved with this revision study and a new record for the Flora of Turkey, Dorycnium hirsutum var. syriacum, has been updated. The genus Dorycnium are represented with 10 taxa in Turkey and among them 4 taxa are endemic.
