Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı ilköğretim ikinci kademe öğrencilerinin ders dışı sportif faaliyetlere ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu araştırmaya, Ankara ili Yenimahalle ve Çankaya ilçelerinde bulunan özel ve devlet okullarında 7.sınıfta okuyan 442 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada anket yapılacak okulları belirleyebilmek amacı ile okul sayıları belirlenmiştir. Özel ve devlet okulları içerisinden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış, her iki ilden 10 ar okul olmak üzere (5 özel, 5 devlet okulu) toplam 20 okul seçilmiş ve bu okullardaki öğrencilere anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada öğrencilerin ders dışı sportif faaliyetlere katılım düzeyini belirleyen Satı Akgül ve arkadaşları (2012) tarafından geliştirilen, geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik katsayısı .72 bulunan 5'li Likert tipi anket kullanılmıştır (1:Kesinlikle Katılmıyorum, 2:Katılmıyorum, 3:Kararsızım, 4:Katılıyorum, 5:Tamamen Katılıyorum). Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm; öğrencilerin demografik bilgilerini (7soru), ikinci bölüm ise; öğrencilerin ders dışı sportif faaliyetlere katılımlarını belirleyen maddeleri içermektedir (13 Madde). Araştırmada uygulanan bu anketin ayrıca güvenirlik çalışması yapılmış ve .82 bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın istatistiksel analizinde; anket görüşleri frekans ve yüzdelerle tablolaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin demografik bilgileri ile anket görüşleri karşılaştırılarak t-testi ve varyans analizi (One Way Anova) yapılmıştır. p<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyi esas alınmıştır. Anlamlı çıkan sonuçlarda farkın nereden kaynaklandığının belirlenebilmesi için Tukey ve LSD testi uygulanmıştır. Bu araştırma sonucunda, araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin ders dışı sportif faaliyetlere katılım ile ilgili görüşlerinde en çok katıldıkları maddenin“Ders dışı sportif çalışmaların yararlı olduğunu düşünüyorum”(x=4,15) ve en az katıldıkları maddenin ise“Okulumda soyunma odalarının olmaması sportif çalışmalara katılmamamda etkilidir”(x=2,89) olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Cinsiyete göre öğrencilerin ders dışı sportif etkinliklere katılım düzeyinin karşılaştırması sonucunda“Ders dışı sportif çalışmaların yararlı olduğunu düşünüyorum”maddesine verdikleri yanıtlar arasında yapılan t-testi sonucunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur [t(440)=3,442; p<0,05)]. Fark kız öğrencilerinin lehine çıkmıştır. Okul türüne göre öğrencilerin ders dışı sportif Etkinliklere Katılım Düzeyinin Karşılaştırması sonucunda öğrencilerin“Spor yaparak okuldaki idareci ve öğretmenlerle ilişkilerimin artacağını düşünüyorum”maddesine verdikleri yanıtlar arasında yapılan t-testi sonucunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur [t(440)=2,943; p<0,05)]. Fark özel okul lehine çıkmıştır. Anne ve baba eğitim düzeyine göre ders dışı sportif etkinliklere katılımda öğrencilerin“Sağlık Sorunlarımın Olması Sportif Çalışmalara Katılmamamda Etkilidir”ve baba eğitim düzeyine göre“İstediğim Branşa Ait Tesis ve Araç Gereç Olmaması Sportif Çalışmalara Katılmamamda Etkilidir”maddesine ilişkin görüşlerin arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark çıkmıştır [F(2,441)=3,288; p<0,05].

The aim of this study is to determine primary school second stage students' opinions about extracurricular sport activities. 442 students who are at 7th grade at primary and state schools in Yenimahalle and Çankaya towns in Ankara attended this research. Number of school was determined to decide the schools where the questionnaire would be carried out. The method of simple random sampling was used for private and state schools; total 20 schools, 10 for each town (5 of them are private, 5 are state schools), were chosen and the questionnaire is applied to the students in these schools. In this research, 5 point Likert Scale which determines the participation level of students in extracurricular sport activities, whose validity and reliability coefficient was found as .72 and was developed by Satı Akgül and et al.(2012) was used. (1: strongly disagree, 2: disagree, 3: neutral, 4: agree, 5: strongly agree). The questionnaire consists of two parts. First part includes students' demographic information (7 questions), second parts includes articles determining the participation of students in extracurricular sport activities (Article 13). In addition the reliability study of the questionnaire applied in this research has been done and it was found as .82. In the statistical analysis of the research, opinions from questionnaire have been interpreted by tabulating them with frequencies and percentages. t-test and analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) was performed by comparing students' demographic information and opinions in the questionnaire. p <0.05 significance level is based on. The Tukey and LSD test was applied in order to determine what has caused the difference in significant results. As a result of this study, it has been revealed that the article which students participating in the research agree the most with their opinions about participating in extracurricular sport activities is“I think extracurricular sport activities are useful.”(x= 4.15) and the article which they agree the least is 'the absence of locker rooms in my school has an effect on not participating in sports activities. (x = 2.89). As a result of comparing participation level of students in extracurricular sport activities in terms of gender, it was found that there is a statistical significant difference [t (440) = 3.442; p <0.05)] as a result of t-test done for answers for the article“I think extracurricular sports activities are useful.'”Difference is in favor of girls. As a result of comparing participation level of students in extracurricular sport activities in terms of school type, it was found that there is a statistical significant difference [t(440)=2,943; p<0,05)] as a result of t-test done for answers for the article“I think my relationship with teachers and directors in the school will develop”. Difference is in favor of private school. It was found that about the participating extracurricular sport activities there is a statistical significant difference between students' opinions, in terms of education level of the mother and father, about the article ' That I have health problems has an effect on not attending sport activities.' and in terms of education level of the father, about the article“That there is not facility or equipments for the branch of sports that I want has an effect on not attending sport activities.”.
