Özet
Tarihçi Okul'un Roscher'in 1843'te Grundriss zu Vorlesungen über die Staatwissenschaft nach geschichtlicher Methode'yi yayınlamasıyla başladığı kabul edilir. Knies ve Hildebrand'la Roscher birinci kuşak, Schmoller ikinci kuşak,Weber ve Sombart üçüncü kuşak Tarihçi Okul mensupları kabul edilir.Tarihçi Okul, Klasik Okul'un mekanik toplum anlayışına karşı, bireyin sosyal hayatla iç içe geçmiş olduğu organik bir yaklaşımı benimsemiştir. Tarihçi Okul mensuplarına göre, sosyal alana ilişkin fenomenler formüller ve teoremlerle ifade edilemeyecek kadar karmaşıktır.Ayrıca değişik milletlerin ve ırkların iktisadi davranışlarını tek tip teoreme indirgemek imkansızdır. Bu Okul, iktisadi düşünce tarihinde iki önemli tartışmaya sebep olmuştur.

Roscher publishes his work“Grundriss zu Vorlesungen über die Staatswissenschaften nach geschichtlicher methode”at 1843 and this was the beginning of the historian school. Roscher and Knies is considerred of the first generation of historian school. Schmoller representative of the second generation of historian school. Finaly Weber and Sombart representatives the third generation of historians of the school. The historian school not accept the mechanical concept of the classical school and prefers an organic approach to an individual's social life is intertwined adopted. According to members of the historical school are the phenomena and theorems of social life very complex. Therefore it is difficult to express them. Also the economic behavior of different nations and races is impossible to reduce one type theorem. Two important debate in the history of economic thouht, originated in historian school.
