Özet

Bu çalışmada üniversite sanayi işbirliği ile ortaya çıkan teknokentlerin yapıları, amaçları, işleyişleri, hukuki boyutları ele alınmış ve daha sonra Hacettepe Teknokent örneği incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı üniversite sanayi işbirliğinin Hacettepe Teknokent uygulamasını temel alarak ne derece etkili olduğunu ortaya koymak ve Ar-Ge faaliyetleri için yapılan vergisel teşviklerin ve sunulan altyapı ve destek hizmetlerinin etkilerini tespit etmektir. Hacettepe Teknokent'te yapılan faaliyetlerin ülke ekonomisine ne tür katkılar sağladığını, teknokentte yaşanan sorunları ve bunlar için sunulabilecek çözüm önerileri gibi konular Hacettepe Teknokent'te bulunan firmalara yönelik anket çalışması yapılarak çalışanların görüşleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study structures, objects, operations and legal aspects of technopolis which associated with university-industry co-operation were discussed and then Hacettepe Technopolis observed. The aim of the study is to put forward effectiveness of university-industry cooperation in terms of the Hacettepe Technopolis and to determine the effects of tax incentives and served infrastructure and support services for R & D activities. The issues such as what kind of contributions Hacettepe Technopolis activities provides to the country's economy, technopolis problems and suggestions for the problems evaluated whit a survey in accordance with the opinions of employees at companies in Hacettepe Technopolis.
