Özet
Ülkemizde mesleki eğitim veren kurumlardan en yaygını meslek liselerdir. Bu okullar Türk Milli Eğitim Sisteminin amaçları doğrultusunda öğrencilere bilgi ve beceri kazandırmak ve mesleklerinde uzmanlaşmış bireyler yetiştirmek için kurulmuşlardır. Bu okulların hedeflerine ulaşmasında en büyük pay yönetici, öğretmen ve öğrencilere aittir. Öğrencilerle bir arada bulunan, bilgi aktaran, ufuk açan, aktif rehberlik yapan ve bir meslek kazandıran yönetici ve öğretmenlerin önemi ortadadır. Araştırmada meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin mesleki deformasyonu ve okul yönetimince alınacak önlemler incelenmiş ve öğretmenlerin deformasyonunu etkileyen yönetici ve öğrenci davranışları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Araştırmada saha çalışmasına geçilmeden önce literatür taraması yapılmış, meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin mesleki deformasyonu ve okul yönetimince alınacak önlemler belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlere konu ile ilgili açık uçlu sorular sorularak elde edilen bulgular uzmanların görüşü alınarak düzenlenmiş ve yönetici davranışlarının öğretmen performansına etki düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla anket oluşturulmuştur. Anketler Bursa ili Osmangazi ilçesi sınırları içerisinde kalan 20 meslek lisesinde görev yapan 436 kültür ve meslek dersi öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Ulaşılan öğretmenlerden 12?si cevapları hatalı işaretlemesi nedeniyle değerlendirilmeye alınmamıştır. Geriye kalan 424 öğretmen üzerinde araştırmalar yapılmıştır. Anketler SPSS programı ile değerlendirilmiş ve meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin mesleki deformasyonu ve okul yönetimince alınacak önlemler ile ilgili ulaşılan bulgular, tartışma bölümünde yorumlanmış, öğretmenlerin mesleki deformasyonunu en aza indirmek amacıyla da sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın en önemli sonucu Meslek liselerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin ve yöneticilerin davranışlarının öğretmenlerin mesleki deformasyona uğramalarında oldukça fazla düzeyde neden olduklarının görülmesidir.

In our country vocational high schools are the most widespread schools that give professional education. These schools have been set up according to the aims of Turkish National Educational system in order to make students have knowledge and skills and to train individuals specialized in their professions. The biggest share in achieving the goals in these schools belongs to the directors, teachers and the students. The importance of the teachers and directors who spend time with students, share knowledge, guide actively and let them have a profession in obvious. In this research the professional deformation of the teachers working at vocational high schools and the precautions that will be taken by the school direction have been searched and the attitudes of the directors and students that effect the teachers? deformation have been brought out. In this research before starting the field study the literature has been reviewed and the professional deformation of the teachers and the precautions that will be taken by the school direction have been defined. The findings obtained by asking open ended questions to the teachers have been organized by taking professionals? views and a questionairre has been prepared to see the effect of directors? and attitudes on teachers? performances. The questionaires have been applied to 436 teachers working at 20 vocational high schools with in the borders of Bursa, Osmangazi. 12 of these questionaires are not evaluated because of the mistakes that have been made. The research has been made with other 424 teachers left. The questionaires have been evaluated by SPSS programme, after that the findings of the research about the professional deformation of the teachers working at vocational high school and the precautions that will be taken by the school management have been interpreted at the discussion section. Result and suggestions for decreasing the teachers? professional deformation can also be found at this part. The most important result is that students having education at vocational schools and directors? attitudes have an important effect on teachers? professional deformation.
