Dr. Cumhur ÇÖKMÜŞ Bu çalışmada, Astragalus L. cinsine ait Dasyphylhum Bunge seksiyonu türlerinin depo proteinleri SDS-PAGE (Sodyum Dodeâal Sülfat-polyakrilamid jel elektrotroforeri) ile incelenmiştir. Mevcut türlerin protein bantlarının tanımlan yapılmıştır. Dış morfolojiden kaynaklanan, taksonomik problemler elektroforetik bilgilerin yardımıyla tartışılmıştır.

Prof. Dr. Cumhur ÇÖKMÜŞ Li the study, the seed storage protein profiles of the species belonging to Dasyphyllium Bunge. section of Turkish Astragalus L. were examined by the SDS- PAGE electrophoresis. The taxonomical problems arising by the external morphology were discussed with the electrophoretic data.
