Tezi RHALY OPERATÖRÜNÜN SPEKTRUMU Mustafa YILDIRIM Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Matematik Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof.Dr.Öner ÇAKAR. 1994, sayfan 65 Jüri: Prof.Dr.Öner ÇAKAR Prof.Dr.Cihan ORHAN Doç.Dr.Serpil PEHLİVAN Bu tez dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde sınırlı lineer operatörlerin spektrumu, ince spektrumu ve kompakt o peratörlerin özellikleri verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde bazı dizi uzaylarının tanımı, matris dönüşümlerinin tanımı ve bazı dizi uzayları arasındaki matris dönüşümleriyle ilgili teoremler verilmiştir. Yine bu bölümde Rhaly operatörünün tanımı ile bazı dizi uzayları üzerinde sınırlı ve kompakt operatör olma durumu incelenmiştir. Üçüncü ve dördüncü bölümler ise çalışmanın orijinal kısımlar ıdır. Üçüncü bölümde L - Iimn(n + l)an - 0 için Rhaly operatörünün c0 ve c üzerinde kompakt operatör olduğu gösterilmiştir. L - 0 için Rİıaly operatörünün cQ, c ve lp (p > 1) üzerindeki spektrumu ve ince (Fine) spektrumu elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak spektrumun toplanabilme teorisine uygulaması olarak bir Mercerian Teorem verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise 0 ^ L < oo için Rhaly operatörünün c0, c ve tp (p > 1) üzerindeki spektrumu ve ince spektrumu elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca spektrumun toplanabilme teorisine uygulaması olarak bir Mercerian Teorem verilmiştir.

IV ABSTRACT Ph.D. Thesis ON THE SPECTRUM OF RHALY OPERATORS Mustafa YILDIRIM Ankara University Graduate School of Natural a.nd Applied Sciences Department of Mathematics Supervisor: Prof.Dr.Oner ÇAKAR 1994, Page: 65 Jury: Prof.Dr.Oner ÇAKAR Prof.Dr.Cihan ORHAN Assoc.Prof -Dr,.Serpil PEHLİVAN. This thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the basic definitions and background materials about compact operators, spectrum and fine spectrum of the bounded linear operators have been given. Second chapter is devoted to the basic concepts and theorems for some sequence spaces and matrix transformations. Also, in this chapter, the definition of a Rhaly matrix and its boundedness and compactness conditions on some sequence spaces have been given. Third and fourth chapters are the original parts of this study. In the third chapter, it is shown that, the Rhaly operator is a compact operator on cq and c for L = \hnn(n + l)an - 0. Then the spectrum and fine spectrum of the Rhaly operator on Co, c and tp (p > 1) for L = 0 have been obtained. Finally, a Mercerian theorem have been proved as an application of the spectrum to the theory of summability. In the last chapter, the spectrum and fine spectrum of Rhaly operator on Cq, c and Cp (p > 1) for 0 ^ L < oo have been obtained. Also, a Mercerian theorem have been proved as an application of the spectrum to the theory of summability.
