Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilkokul ve ortaokullardaki psikolojik taciz olgusunun boyutları, incelenerek, öğretmenler ve yöneticiler açısından söz konusu olgunun nasıl bir sorun teşkil ettiğini tespit etmektir. İstanbul?un Maltepe, Pendik, Kartal İlçelerinde bulunan resmi ve özel ilkokul ve Ortaokullarında çalışan okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin oluşturmuş olduğu evrende belirlenen örneklem gurubuna uygulanan ölçekle elde edilen verilerle araştırmamız yürütülmüştür. Araştırmamızın evrenini 8137 öğretmen ve öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem için seçilen 300 yönetici ve öğretmenden 263 kişiden gelen verilerle araştırma sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Verilerin güvenliz analizi için Cronbach Alfa katsayısı, örneklem analizi için frekans ve yüzde analizi,T.testi ,One Way ANOVA testi ve post doc scheffe testi SSPS(Statistical Package for Socail Sciences) versiyon 13.0 paket programı kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında işyerinde psikolojik taciz algısının fazla olduğu ve bu konuda gerekli çalışmaların yapılmasına işaret etmiştir.

The objective of the Study is to examine the dimensions of `Mobbing? in primary and secondary schools, determine how the mobbing issue cause problems between the administrative officers and teachers.The Study has been proceeded with the survey applied to the sample group composed of some adminsitrative officers and teachers working in public and private primary and secondary schools stated in Maltepe, Pendik and Kartal districts of Istanbul. The Universe consists of 8.137 teachers and administrative officers. The Study is concluded with the survey results got from 263 participants out of the sample universe with 300 administrative officers and teachers. In Survey result analysis section, for the internal consistency analysis of Sample Datum, Cronbach Alpha Coefficient, for the Sample Analysis; Frequency and Percentage analysis, T-Test, One-way ANOVA test and Post-hoc Scheffé test, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 13.0 programmes have been executed. Regarding all the points mentioned throughout the Study, it is seen that the perception of `Mobbing? in offices is differentiated with respect to Gender, Educational Background, Marital Status and Age parameters and it is pointed out that Studies are required on this Issue
