Özet
Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, yapısal eşitlik modelindeki (YEM) reflektif ve formatif ölçüm modellerinin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci ve üçüncü bölümlerde, yapısal eşitlik modeli anlatılarak, reflektif ve formatif ölçüm modellerinin özellikleri ve farklılıkları anlatılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde lirsel paket programı tanıtılmış ve beşinci bölümde e ticaret hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Altıncı bölümde, e-ticaretin faktörleri belirlenmiş ve bu faktörler arasındaki ilişkiyi temsil eden bir model oluşturulmuştur. Ortaya çıkan modelin birden çok bağımsız ve birden çok bağımlı değişken içerdiği görülmüş ve bu modelin araştırma amacına uygun olarak reflektif ve formatif olarak çözülebileceği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu faktörleri ölçmek amacıyla Collier ve Bienstock?un yapmış oldukları çalışmadaki ölçek kullanılarak yüz yüze anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Veriler LISREL paket programı yardımıyla önce reflektif daha sonra da formatif olarak ölçülmüş ve elde edilen uyum değerleri karşılaştırılarak her iki model arasındaki farklılıklar belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde reflektif ve formatif yapıdaki her iki model de anlamlı çıkmış; ancak faktörler arasındaki birinci düzey ve ikinci düzey ilişkilerde farklılıklar olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

In the first part of this study, in structural equation modeling (SEM), focused on the importance of reflective and formative measurement models. The second and third sections, structural equation model by explaining the features and differences are described in the reflective and formative measurement models. In the fourth chapter lirsel software package introduced and given information about e-commerce the fifth chapter. In the sixth section, the factors of e-commerce are identified and a model that represents the relationship between these factors is established. It was found out that the model consist of more than one dependent and independent variables, and it was indicated that this model can be solved as reflective and formative suitable to the aim of research. Besides, in order to measure these factors, the scale conducted by Collier and Bienstock used with the face-to-face questionnaire method.The data first measured as reflective and then formative by LISREL software pack and the differences between the two models were identified by comparing the fit indices. The results obtained are analyzed, both models significantly out-reflective and formative structures, but the first-level and second-level relationships between factors was observed that there are differences.
