Özet
ÇELİK Kamil, Terörizmin Yatırım Ve İstihdam Üzerindeki Etkileri: Türkiye Örneği, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Sivas, 2009.Terörizmin küresel yapısı 11 Eylül saldırılarından sonra daha da belirginleşmiş, hiçbir ülke ve toplumun kendisini tam olarak güvende hissetmediği bir sürece girmiştir. Bu durum küresel terör konseptine uygun olarak küresel mücadeleyi zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu zorunlulukla beraber terörizmi üreten ortamların yok edilmesi, bataklıkların kurutulması gerekir. Bu bağlamda terörün en çok beslendiği fakirlik ve yoksullukla mücadele çok daha fazla önem kazanmıştır.Terörizmin yatırım ve istihdama etkisi adlı bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde terör ve terörizmin kavramsal çerçevesi, tarihsel gelişimi, unsurları, türleri, uluslar arası terörizm sorunu, küresel terör konsepti, uluslar arası terörizmde mücadele zorunluluğu, terörizmde karşılaşılan sorunlar ve mücadele yöntemleri incelenmiştir.İkinci bölümde ise; yatırım, yatırım çeşitleri yatırımı etkileyen faktörler, yabancı sermaye yatırımları ve önemi, doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımlarını etkileyen faktörler, istihdamla ilgili kavramsal çerçeve, işsizlik gibi konular ele alınmıştır.Son bölümde ise terörizmin ekonomik yapıda sektörel bazda etkileri kapsamında sanayi, ticaret, tarım ve turizm sektörü ile terörizmin sosyal hayata olan etkileri incelenerek terör ve terörizmle mücadelenin gerekliliği irdelenmiştir.

ÇELİK Kamil, The Effects of Terrorism on Investment and Employmen: Turkey Model, Master Thesis, Sivas 2009.The attack of September 11 has indicated that none of the countries or publics were in safe, terror and terrorism was globalised. Global Terrorism made it compulsory to be fought globally, as appropriate to its concept. Besides it is extremely crucial to destroy the environments, swamps, which are feeding the terrorism. From this point of view, poverty and neediness, which are the main reasons of terrorism, gained importance. In other words, economic struggle became more and more important.In this study, named, The Effects of Terrorism on Investment and Employment, the subjects of conceptual frame of terrorism, historical background, factors, kinds, the problem of international terrorism, concept of global terror, obligation of fighting with the international terrorism, the problems confronted in the terrorism and the methods of fighting are going to be focused on.In the second part, subjects including, investment, types of investment, factors affecting investment, importance of foreign capital investment, factors affecting the direct foreign investments, conceptual framework of employment and unempoyment are discussed.In the last part, the effects of terrorism on the economy on the basis of sectors and the industry of terrorism, trade, agriculture and the effects of tourism on the social life, the importance of fighting with terror and terrorism has been indicated.
