Özet
Bu çalışmada, besiyerlerinin bulunduğu plakların hava ile temas ettirilmesi yöntemi kullanılarak, Bursa İl merkezinin 5 değişik semtinin evdışı havasındaki küf mantarları ve yoğunluklarının mevsimsel olarak araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu sebeple Bursa ilinde 15 Eylül 1992 ile 1 Eylül 1993 tarihleri arasında 15 gün arayla bu 5 istasyondan 24 defa örnek alınmıştır. Bir yıllık süre içinde alınan 360 plak örneği üzerinde yapılan çalışmada 1958 koloni sayılmıştır. Plaklardan küfleri saflaştırmak suretiyle 29 genus, 41 tür ve 3 varyete izole edilmiştir. Fungusların, Penicillium (18 tür, 2 varyete), Aspergillus (10 tür, 1 varyete), Cladosporium (6 tür), Mucor (6 tür) ve Rhizopus (1 tür) genusları tür seviyesinde tespit edilmiştir.

In this study it has been aimed to investigate the moulds and their seasonal densities in the air outside the houses in five different regions in Bursa by the direct expose of the plates to air. It has been gotten 24 time samples from five stations once fifteen days between 15 September 1992 and 1 September 1993. It has been counted 1958 colonies on 360 plate samples in this one year period. It has been isolated 29 genus and 41 species and 3 varieties by the purification of the moulds on the plates. It has been detected the genus of PenicUlium (18 species and 2 varieties), Aspergillus (10 species and 1 variety), Cladosporium (6 species), Mucor (6 species) and Rhizopus (1 species) of fungus on the basis of species.
