Özet
İçinde bulunduğumuz yüzyıl sürekli yeni bir disiplin karmasını içine katan ve yeni genel geçer kural ve yasaları ortaya koyan postmodern toplum yapısının ortaya koymuş olduğu iletişim çağında gerek sosyal beceriler gerek iletişim becerileri o topluluk içindeki fertlerin dışında tutulamayacağı bir sistem yaratmaktadır. Sürekli kendini yenileyen, geliştiren ve değiştiren bu yapı özellikle bu yapılanmaya katılan bireylerin öğrendiği ve öğrettiği işler doğrultusunda kendisini oluşturmaktadır. Bu devinimlerin eleştirisi ve değerlendirilmesi sosyal bir yapı içindeki olayları, durumları o günün şartları ve koşulları içinde ve grup ve grup iletişimi yaklaşım ve teorilerinin irdelenmesi ve olay teori etkileşiminin neden sonuç ilişkisi bağlamında bir köprü kurularak değerlendirilmesi yoluyla sağlanmaktadır. Bir yapı ya da grup içindeki bu devinimleri sağlayan günlük hayatta pek de farkında olunamayan dramanın katkılarıyla var olmaktadır. Grup içinde bir öğrenme yöntemi olarak kullanılan yaratıcı drama kişiye sosyal beceri (kendini açma, empati, kendini tanımlama, sosyal kontrol vb.) gibi birçok sosyal özellik kazandırmaktadır. Günlük yaşamda bizi çevreleyen olaylar silsilesi ve bizim onlara verdiğimiz yanıtlar ve sağlanan etkileşimler küçük gruplar içine tekrardan gözler önünde serilerek durumun, duruma verilen tepkilerin, durumun bize yansıttığı etkilerin farkında olunmasını sağlamaktadır. The current century and both the social skills and communication skills in this communication age presented by the postmodern social structure that sets forth the new de facto norms and laws, create a system, which perpetually introduces a new discipline combination, and a system, where the individuals of that society cannot be left out. This self-renewing, constantly improving and changing structure, creates itself in line with the works that is especially taught and learnt by the individuals joining in this structuring. The criticism and evaluation of these movements are performed through evaluating the incident-theory interaction and through scrutinizing group and group communication approaches and theories and the incidents and conditions within a social structure by building a bridge within the context of cause-effect relationship within the terms and conditions of the present day. This exists with the contribution of the inconspicuous drama in daily life, which enables these movements within a structure or a group. Creative drama, which is used as a learning tool within the group, brings in many social traits to the individual, such as social skills (self-disclosure, empathy, self-definition, social control, etc.). The stream of incidents that surround us, our responses to these incidents and the interactions in daily life are revealed within small groups again, and ensure an awareness of the incident, the reactions to the incident and the effects reflected by the incident. Along with ensuring awareness, it also makes us rehearse the possible reactions in that ?moment?. The communication skills and social skills are practically taught by using one or more methods, such as improvisation, role creation, acting and narration, through approaches and theories, such as fantasy content analysis, narrating paradigm and social attachment, which are the most distinct characteristics of entertaining and satirical drama. Social skill, which is brought in to the individual by creative drama, and the self-disclosure skill, which is more of a communication skill, are the export of vast and profound information about the individual, which are not easy to understand without an explanation. The individual can ensure this skill only by empathizing, by feeling confident, by shaking off some reservations that may be experienced within the society, and by reducing excessive auto-control while learning social control. Within the scope of this thesis study, it has been inquired whether there is a difference within the context of social control (self-definition) and individual and thematic self-disclosure before and after the individuals within the group receive creative drama. The individuals, who have learnt social control behaviors with creative drama and estranged from auto-controlled behavior, are expected to show an increase in self-disclosure behaviors. In presenting self-disclosure behavior, gaining trust of someone and finding similar traits with that individual by disclosing through emphasizing the importance of social influence are important and effective behaviors and skills. The views projected by reflections of social exchange theory and similarity theory, self-perception theory, social influence theory and other similar theories to self-disclosure behaviors are scrutinized and the findings of the research are built on solid basis by establishing a connection with the theories.
