Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin ihtiyaç doyumu düzeyi ve öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi ve öznel iyi düzeyinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırma betimsel bir araştırma olup, katılımcılarını 1., 2., 3. ve 4. sınıfta okuyan 768 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veriler Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi?nde toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında ?Kişisel Bilgi Formu?, ?İhtiyaç Doyumu Ölçeği? ve ?Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği? kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verinin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, t-testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (Anova), Tukey HSD Testi ve Basit Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda cinsiyete ve yaşa göre üniversite öğrencilerinin öznel iyi oluş düzeylerinin farklılaşmadığı saptanmıştır. Gelir düzeyine göre farlılaşma olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gelir düzeyi yüksek ve orta olan üniversite öğrencilerin öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri, gelir düzeyi düşük olan üniversite öğrencilerinin öznel iyi oluş düzeylerinden anlamlı olarak yüksek bulunmuştur. Gelirleri yüksek ve orta olan üniversite öğrencilerinin öznel iyi oluş düzeylerinde ise bir farklılık olmadığı saptanmıştır. İhtiyaç doyumu ve öznel iyi oluş arasında olumlu yönde ve anlamlı ilişki bulunmuş, ihtiyaç doyumunun öznel iyi oluşu açıklamada büyük önem taşıdığı ortaya çıkmıştır.

The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between degree of need satisfaction and the degree of subjective well-being; and to examine the subjective well-being in terms of some variables. This study is a kind of descriptive study; the participants are composed of 768 studens who are attending 1th, 2nd , 3rd and 4th grades. These datas were gathered from Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, Education Faculty. ?Personal Information Form? , ?Need Satisfaction Scale? and ?Subjective Well-Being Scale? were used to obtain the datas. Desciriptive statistics, T-test, One Way ANOVA, Tukey HSD Test and Simple Linear Regression techniques were used in analyzing the datas. According to the research results; subjective well-being degrees of attenders did not show any different results into gender and age. It has been determined that there was differentiation by income level. When it was compared the subjective well-being degree of students who have high and and medium economical standarts and students who have lower economical standarts, it has been found out that students whose economical standarts are high and in medium level have significantly higher subjective well-being degree.. The degrees of subjective well-being of university students whose income level are high and medium don?t differentiate. It has been found that, there was positive and significant correlation between need satisfaction and subjective well-being, as well as need satisfaction held key for explaining subjective well-being.
