Özet
Günümüzde bilgi, örgütler için oldukça önem kazanmıştır. Etkin bilgi kullanımı ise teknoloji ile mümkün olmaktadır. Bu nedenle örgütler, çalışanlarının ve örgütün etkinliğini arttırmak için çeşitli teknolojilere büyük yatırımlar yapmaktadır. Yapılan yatırımlar ise, ancak örgütlerdeki beyaz yakalı çalışanların teknolojiyi kabullenmesı ve kullanması ile hedeflerine ulaşabilmektedir.Bu çalışmada, beyaz yakalı çalışanların teknoloji kabullenmelerini etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışanların teknoloji kabullenmeleri niyet aşamasında değerlendirilmiş ve gerçek kullanım çalışma kapsamına dahil edilmemiştir. Kabullenme niyetine etki eden faktörler ise iki ana grupta toplanmıştır. Kişisel ve örgütsel değişkenler. İlgili değişkenler literatürde kabul görmüş 7 farklı teoriden uyarlanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre öz yeterlilik kabullenmeyi en yüksek derecede açıklayan değişken olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Bunun yanında kişisel yenilikçilik, değişime ve teknolojiye yaklaşım, imaj ve örgütün sağladığı koşulların teknoloji kullanma niyetini açıkladığı saptanmıştır.Bu çalışma ile birlikte, teknoloji kabullenme literatürü gözden geçirilmiş ve literatürdeki model ve teorilerin ışığında kabullenmeyi açıklayabilecek bir model oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu model ve analize ait sonuçların örgütlerdeki teknoloji uyarlama çalışmalarında kullanılabilir bilgi sağlaması öngörülmüştür.

Today, information has gained great importance for the organizations and the effective use of information is possible by using technology channels. Thus, organizations invest heavily on a variety of technology to improve the effectiveness of their company and employees. However, investments could not be significant unless the employees are aware of the importance of technology and they accept the technology to use.This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the technology acceptance of white collar employees. The acceptance of technology was assessed as the level of intention of employees and the actual usage was not covered. The factors that affect acceptance intention were grouped into two: individual and organizational factors. The related factors adapted from the seven prominent theories and models in the acceptance literature.According to the analysis results, self-efficacy is the most significant determinant that explains the acceptance intention of the employees. Besides, personal innovativeness, attitude toward change, attitude toward using technology, image, and facilitating conditions are the other factors that can predict the acceptance intention of the white collar employees.852During the study, the technology acceptance literature has been reviewed and in the light of the prior studies, a research model has been developed to determine the acceptance intention of the white collar employees. It is also proposed that the model and the analysis results will provide a usable know-how and guidance for the technology implementers in the organizations.
