Özet
İkinci Meşrutiyet Dönemi, kendisinden önceki kültürel birikimin tartışıldığı ve geleceğe dair önerilerin sunulduğu çok önemli bir dönem olmuştur. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun kötü gidişine çare olarak gösterilen farklı fikir akımları İkinci Meşrutiyet'in ilanı ile birlikte çok geniş bir şekilde tartışılma ve değerlendirilme imkanı yakalamıştır. Ortaya çıkan bu durum sayesinde, bu dönemde, Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki fikri yapı çok canlı bir süreç geçirmiştir.İkinci Meşrutiyet Dönemindeki fikir akımlarının üzerinde durdukları en önemli konulardan birisi de eğitim ve öğretim olmuştur. Bu durumun temelinde yatan sebep ise Osmanlı Devleti'ni yıkılmaktan kurtaracak olan yegane gücün ?eğitim? olduğu düşüncesidir.Bu araştırmada, İkinci Meşrutiyet Dönemi ile ilk defa sistematik bir şekilde ortaya çıkan Türkçülük akımının Osmanlı toplumuna yön veren yenileşme, genel eğitim, din ve din eğitim-öğretimi görüşleri ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuç ve değerlendirme hariç üç bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde, İkinci Meşrutiyet'ten önce Türkçülük düşüncesinin oluşmasına etki eden nedenler ve bu nedenler sonucunda ortaya çıkan Türkçülük akımının oluşumu ele alınmıştır.İkinci ve üçüncü bölümde ise Türkçülük akımının Osmanlı Devletinin kurtuluşuna çare olarak gösterilen genel eğitim ile din eğitim ve öğretimi görüşlerinin neler olduğu ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

The Second Constitutional Period was an important period in which its predecessors and cultural accumulation were discussed and recommendations for the future were offered. With the proclamation of the Second Constitutional Period, different opinions had the chance to discuss and evaluate the solutions for the bad course of the Ottoman Empire. Thanks to this emerging situation during this period, the intellectual structure of the Ottaman Empire had a very lively process.Second Constitutional Period movements emphasized the idea of education and training as one of the most important issues. The underlying situation was that the education could be the only power to prevent the destruction of the Ottoman Empire. In this study, in the Second Constitutional Era of the Ottoman Society were being handled matters for the first time in a systematic manner such as guiding the reform movement emerged Turkism, general education, training and teaching religion and religious ideas.Research results and evaluations consisted of three parts except result and evaluation parts. In the first chapter, the second constitutional monarchy, causes and affects of the formation of the idea of Turkism were discussed.In the second and the third section, it was tried to examine what were the views of teaching and what could be done for the salvation of the Ottoman Empire in the idea of Turkism.
