Özet
SUMMARY: The reserch was done in Ankara Ergazi Saglik Pcagi in ] acr; and includes 126 pregnants and their babies. The lesearch was done to evaluate the data on pregnants and children in EroaziSaolik Ocagi in 1992 and nf thpse, to obtain the rates uich show the quality assurance accpphed by UHO. Pregnant and baby observing cards are evaluated one bv one and analized mostly by the' computer. In the result of the resarch; It is seen that 37 out of 2 D rates uich are accpptpH ?p the quality assurance by UHO are evaluated by means of pen nant and baby observing cards. The rates are found like these. -Pregnant women with history of previousperinat al death to all births 2375. -Preterm infants to live births ât. -Deliveries unattended by midwife/doctor to all deliveries ] r- ^. -Generally all data are not registered on the cards by midu'i“os, -6 4. 3$ of pregnants are observed within or earlier than sixth upek of pregnancy. -Blood pressures of ali pregnants and body wiohts of ^n* nf them are measured by the midwives. -Memoqlobine volues of 41.2 percent of pregnants were ihp?'-- ured 1-2 times and BP percent of preanants were measured 3-5 times, but one was not. -Search of protein in urine is applied only to 19. l^- of ri”Pn- n a n t s. -Blood types of 31'^ of pregnants are not, written on the cerr,c. -n2.1'^ babies were, observed by the midwives within and 1 g t n r than six days after the birth. -62% of babies are observed 9 or more times in their first.-> n n, -32.7f5 of "babies no pathological signs is found by midwife. -Of these pregnants observed in 1992; 10. 2% became preongnt- nf least once again. 49.0% being protected by an effective hi rhs control me t hod, 2. 0 % not being protected.- Genel olarak tüm ebeler tarafından formlar doldurulurken tüm bilgilerin tamamının formlara izlenmediği anlaşılmıştır. - Gebelerin % 64,3'ünün gebeliğin 6. haftası ve daha önce izleme alındığı gö rülmüştür. - Gebelerin % 60,9'unun gebelikleri boyunca en az 7 ve daha çok kez ebe ta rafından izlendiği anlaşılmıştır. - Gebelerin ebe tarafından her izlemlerinde kan basınçlarının, ölçüldüğü, % 58 oranında vücut ağırlıklarının ölçüldüğü anlaşılmıştır. - Gebelerin % 41,2 sine 1-2 kez, % 58,0 ine 3-5 kez hemoglobin ölçümü uygu lanmış, bir gebenin hemoglobini hiç ölçülmemiştir. - İdrarda protein tetkiki ancak % 19,2 gebeye yapılmıştır. - Gebelerin % 31,0'inin kan grubu gebe izlem formlarına kaydedilmemiştir. - Bebeklerin % 62,1 'i ebe tarafından ancak doğumdan sonraki 6. gün ve da- hasonra izlenebilmektedirler. - Bebeklerin % 62.0'si ilk yaşlarında ebe tarafından 9 ve daha çok kez izlen mektedirler. - Bebeklerin % 32,7 sinde ebe tarafından patolojik bulgu bulunamamıştır. - 1992 yılında izlenen gebelerin % 10,2 'si günümüze kadar en az bir kez tek rar gebe kalmış, % 49,0 'u etkili aileplanlaması yöntemi ile korunmakta, % 38,7 'si etkisiz aile planlaması yöntemi kullanmakta, % 2,0 'si ise gebelikten konulma maktadırlar. 45
