Özet
ÖZET Ülkemizde spor tesislerine ayrılan kaynaklar ve tesis yatınmlan önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu tezin hazırlanmasındaki amaç, ülkemiz kıt kaynaklarının halkın eğilimleri doğrultusunda ne denli etkin olarak kuUanddığının saptanmasıdır. Ülkemizdeki tesis politikasının ve kaynak kullanımının etkinliğini saptamada bir örnek oluşturmak üzere Bursa yöresinin incelenmesi ve araştırılması tezin temel amacıdır. Bursa* da bulunan spor tesisleriyle ilgili veriler Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü, Uludağ Üniversitesi Yapı İşleri Dairesi ve Bursa Gençlik ve Spor Ü Müdürlüğü kayıtlarından elde edilmiştir. Çalışmamızdaki spor dallarına göre spor tesislerinin okullar ve il merkezindeki durumları belirlenmiş, tesis başına ortalama 2.2 17 öğrencinin düştüğü saptanmıştır. 233.586 kişilik ana kütlenin seçiminde tabakalı ömeklem yöntemi kullanılmış, % 2 anlamlıhk seviyesine göre 2.009 kişilik ömeklem hacmi, oıantûı dağıtım yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu ömeklem hacmine anket uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anket yoluyla elde edilen bilgiler bilgisayara“systat”istatistik paket programı kullanılarak yüklenmiştir. Systat istatistik programının getirdiği kolaylıktan yararlanılarak istatitiksel analMer F nin 0.05 den küçük olduğu değerler anlamlı sayılarak yapılmışta". Çalışmamızdan elde edilen sonuçlara göre;. Ele alınan örneklemin % 95' inin spora ilgi duyduğu, * % 56* sının seyirci, % 17.4' ünün lisanslı sporcu olduğu,. % 3 1' inin spor yapmak için gerekli ortamı bulduğu, * % 68' inin semtlerinde spor tesisi bulunmadığını ifade ettiği, I. % 89 unun Bursa' daki spor tesislerini yetersiz buluduğu,. Spor yapanların daha çok okul, ev ve açık havadan yararlandıkları,. % 67.6 lık bir kitlenin spor yapmak için herhangi bir girişimde bulunmadığa. Spor yapanların % 1 1.3' ü hergön, % 20.6' sı haftada 3-5 gön, spor yaptıkları, « Takım ve bireysel sporların yapılmasında kuruluşların daha etkin olmasının istendiği, tespit edilmiştir. Halkın spor yapma düzeyi; spor yapmak için gerekli ortamı bulabilmesi, spor yaparken yararlanılan tesisi seçmesi ve sporu Mediği yerler gibi fiziksel, yaş, cinsiyet ve doğum yeri gibi kişisel, mesleki gruplar ve toplam hane hala gelirleri gibi sosyo-ekonomik etmenlerce belirlenmektedir. SUMMARY The Tendency Of The Inhabitants Of Bursa And Her Environments To The Sport» And Its Effects On The Determination Of The Political Direction For The New Sports Facilities The investments of the new sports facilities getting greater importance in Turkey. The aim of this thesis is how to use efficiently of the scantry means of our country in direction of the people's tendency. The objective of this thesis is to prepare an example on the investigation of the policy of the facilities and for the determination of the efficiency of the Bcantry means of Bursa and her environments The data related to the sports facilities existing in Bursa, were found out from the documents and records of the Ministry of National Education, the Surveyor' s Office of the“Uludağ”University and the Provincial Direction of Bursa for Youth and Sport In our study, the condition of the existing sports facilities, had been determined in schools and in the provincial capital, considering the different forms of sports. The frequency, of the facilities were an average of 2.217 students per facility. For the selection of the basic group of 233.586 persons, the class-representation method had been used. Corresponding to the level of 2 per cent giving evidence, a representative groupof 2.009 persons had been determinated by the method of proportional distribution. This determinated representative group had been interviewed, The data of this in vistigation were filed into a computer, using the statistical program,“systat”. Statistical analyses were made by this program considering the value P = less than 0.05 as giving evidence. The results of our study are as follows; * 95 per cent of the participants are interested in sports; * 56 per cent of the participants are spectators; 17,4 per cent are licenceed sportsmen; * 3 1 per cent find convenient place for sports; * 68 per cent of them, do not find sports facilities in their environment. * The sports facilities of Bursa are not sufficient for 89 per cent of the participants; * They are generally using schools, home and free area for sports; * 67,6 per cent does not have enough a motion for making sports; * 1 1,3 per cent of participants making sports everyday, and 20,6 of them,3 to 5 days a week; * The people's want is to show the firms in team and personal sports activities. The level of the people who makes sports, were determined by, * Physical factors; mid the right place for sports and facilities looking lor sports activities, * Personal factors; like age, sex and place of birth, and * Socio-economical factors; like occupation and family income.
