Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Eğitim Fakültelerine bağlı Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarında MİOY dersinin müziksel okuma (solfej) boyutunda eğitim-öğretimi olumlu yönde etkileyecek güvenilir, geçerli ve kullanışlı bir performans testi geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın temellendirilmesi için ilgili literatür taranarak belgesel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarında MİOY dersinin müziksel okuma sınavlarında geçerli, güvenilir ve kullanışlı bir ölçme aracının geliştirilerek kullanılmasının sağlanması bakımından betimsel niteliktedir.Araştırma kapsamında, MİOY dersi öğretim programı incelenip ilgili literatür taranarak müziksel okuma performansını ölçmeye yönelik hedef davranış listesi oluşturulmuş ve belirlenen hedef davranışlar için alan uzmanlarının da görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Bu hedef davranışlar doğrultusunda oluşturulan performans testinde her bir maddeye ait önem derecelerini belirten katsayıların belirlenmesi için MİOY dersi öğretim elemanlarına anket uygulanmıştır. Katsayıların belirlenmesinden sonra oluşturulan performans testinin güvenirlik ve geçerlik sınamaları için 2 farklı üniversitenin Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarında yapılan ilk uygulamaya 5 MİOY dersi öğretim elemanı ve 136 öğrenci katılmıştır. Güvenirlik ve geçerlik durumlarının sağlanmasından sonra, performans testinin uygulanabilirliğinin sınanması ve performans testi hakkında MİOY dersi öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerinin alınması için yapılan ikinci uygulamaya 9 farklı üniversiteden 14 öğretim elemanı ve 430 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen ölçme aracının güvenirlik katsayısı .91 olarak saptanmış ve istatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi .01 olarak belirlenmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda müziksel okuma performansını ölçmeye yönelik geçerli, güvenilir ve kullanışlı bir performans testi geliştirilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to develop a reliable, valid and useful performance test to affect positively the education-teaching in terms of musical reading (solfege) in the musical hearing-reading and writing lesson (MIOY) at the departments of Music Education within the body of Education Faculties. For grounding the research, the documentary surveying model is used by searching the literature. The research is of a descriptive character in terms of enabling to use a valid, reliable and useful assessment instrument in musical reading examinations of the musical hearing - reading and writing lesson at departments of Music Education.Within the context of the research, a list of the target behavior was formed towards the assessment of the musical reading performance by reviewing the curriculum of MIOY lesson and relevant literature, and the point of views of the field experts are asked as well for the determined target behaviors. A survey was conducted among MİOY course instructors to determine the coefficients defining the degree of importance of each item in the performance test formed in accordance with these target behaviors. For the reliability and validity checks of the performance test formed after the determination of the coefficients, 5 MIOY course instructors and 136 students were participated in the first application conducted at the departments of Music Education of 2 different universities. After ensuring the reliability and validity conditions, 14 instructors and 430 students from 9 different universities were participated in the second application carried out for checking the applicability of performance test and asking the views of MIOY course instructors on the performance test. The reliability coefficient of the assessment instrument developed under the research was identified as .91 and the level of statistical significance was determined as .01.As a result of the research, a valid, reliable and useful performance test towards the assessment of the musical reading was developed.
