Özet
Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim birinci sınıfa devam eden okul öncesi eğitim almış ve almamış birinci sınıf çocukların öğretmen algılarının ve bu algılarını çizdikleri resimlerine nasıl yansıttıklarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmanın örneklemini, İstanbul ilinin Sancaktepe ilçesine bağlı üç devlet ilköğretim okulunun birinci sınıflarından tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş okul öncesi eğitim almış ve okul öncesi eğitimi almamış toplam 200 çocuk oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla, araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve çocukların yaptıkları öğretmen resimleri kullanılmıştır.Çocukların görüşme sorularına verdikleri yanıtlardan ve çizdikleri öğretmen resimlerinin belirlenen kriterlere göre incelenmesinden elde edilen verilerin frekans ve yüzde değerleri belirlenmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda çocukların öğretmen algılarının farklı olduğu ve bu algılarını resimlerine yansıttıkları saptanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre;?Okul öncesi eğitim almış birinci sınıf çocuklarının okul öncesi öğretmenini daha olumlu algıladıkları saptanmıştır.?Okul öncesi eğitim almış çocukların okul öncesi eğitim almamış çocuklara göre sınıf öğretmenini daha olumlu algıladıkları belirlenmiştir.?Okul öncesi eğitim almış çocukların okul öncesi öğretmeninin organlarını daha eksiksiz çizdikleri görülmüştür.?Okul öncesi eğitim almış çocukların okul öncesi öğretmen resminde normal ve küçük obje çizerek öğretmenlerini önemsediklerini gösterdikleri saptanmıştır.?Okul öncesi eğitim almış çocukların almamış çocuklara göre sınıf öğretmeninin organlarını daha eksiksiz çizdikleri görülmüştür.?Okul öncesi eğitim almış çocukların sınıf öğretmen resminde daha çok normal boyutta obje çizerek öğretmenlerini önemsediklerini gösterdikleri saptanmıştır.?Her iki grupta da çoğunlukla çocukların çok renkli resim yapmayı ve resim kağıdının tümünü kullanmayı tercih etmişleri belirlenmiştir.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how current first-graders, who have had preschool education, perceive teachers compared to those who have not. Another aim was to examine how they reflected their perceptions on paper through their painting skills.The sample group consisted of 200 first graders chosen randomly among three public elementary schools of Sancaktepe, a district of İstanbul, from which some have had preschool education and some have not.In order to gather information, semi-structured interview forms generated by the conductor was used along with the paintings students have made of teachers.The frequency and percentage values of the gathered data were determined through student responses and by analyzing the paintings with respect to the determined criteria.The results showed that the perception of those who have had preschool education differed from those who have not, and that all students were able to reflect these perception to their paintings. The results also showed that:?The first graders, who have had preschool education, perceived a preschool teacher in a more positive light.?The first graders, who have had preschool education in comparison with those who had not, perceived a class teacher in a more positive light.?The first graders, who have had preschool education, drew the body parts of a preschool teacher more thoroughly and complete.?The first graders, who have had preschool education, portrayed that they cared about their preschool teacher by drawing normal and small sized objects.?The first graders, who have had preschool education in comparison with those who had not, drew the body parts of a class teacher more thoroughly and complete.?The first graders, who have had preschool education, portrayed that they cared about their class teacher by drawing normal sized objects.?Most of the students, regardless of their group, liked to paint with many colors, and that they preferred to make use of the whole paper while painting.
