Özet

C- ÖZET Araştırma, hasta vizklerine katılan hemşirelerin etkinlik dereceleriyle doktor ve hemşirelerin vizit ile ilgili birbirlerinden beklentilerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Örneklemi, 33 hemşire, 33 doktor ve 17 hasta oluşturmuştur. Veriler, gözlem ve anket formu aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Gözlemde, hemşirelerin vizitteki etkinliğini ve vizit tartışmalarmm sergilemeye yönelik olarak geliştirilmiş bir form kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı, her Cerrahi servisinden yeni yatan hastalardan birini basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemiyle seçerek bu hasta için vizitte iletilmesi gereken durumları“Virginia Henderson'm Temel İnsan Gereksinimleri Modeli”yardımı ile belirlemiştir. Araştırmacı, her bir hasta için 3 vizit gözlemiş ve vizit sonrası gözlem formunu doldurmuştur. Araştırmanın gözlem bölümü bittikten sonra, doktor ve hemşirelere vizit ile ilgili birbirlerinden beklentilerini belirlemek amacıyla anket formu uygulanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzdelik ve X2 testleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, hemşirelerin vizitlere yeterli ve etkin katılmadıkları belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin vizite katılmalarının“hasta bakım ve tedavisine katkı getirmediğini”belirten hemşire ve doktorlar, vizitte hemşirenin; * hastanın sorunlarını, * tedaviye uyumunu, * kendi gözlemlerini ve, * hemşirelik bakımını tartışması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Araştırmada bu sonuçlara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. 47

SUMMARY This discriptive study was performed in order to ascertain the degree of effectiveness of the nurses contributing to medical ward rounds and the expectations of the doctors and the nurses related with the medical ward rounds from each other. The subjects were formed by 33 doctors, 33 nurses and 17 patients. Data were obtained by observation and an inquiry form. In observation, a form, which was improved by the aim of establishing the effectiveness of the nurses and the contents of the discussions in medical ward rounds, was used. The investigator has chosen one of the new hospitalized patients from each surgery clinic by simple coincidence sampling method, and has determined the facts that were to be said in the medical ward rounds by using the model of“Virginia Henderson human basic needs”. The investigator has observed three medical ward rounds for each patient and has filled the observation form after each medical ward rounds. After finishing the observation, the inquiry form was performed both to doctors and the nurses in order to estabilish the expectations of them from each other. The data were evaluated with percentages and X2 tests. According to the results of the investigation, it is found that the nurses do not contribute to the medical word rounds sufficiently and effectively. The doctors and nurses, who believed that the contribution of the nurses to the medical ward rounds did not make enough use to the patients' care and treatment, have expressed that the nurses should discuss; * patients' problems, * their own observations about patients, * nursing care. According to the resulting of the study appropriate recommondation were made. 48
