Özet

Bu araştırma, 1988-1989 yılı içinde serada plastik tüplerde aşılı köklü asma fidanı elde etmek için yapılmıştır. Araştırmada tek üzüm çeşidi (Alfons) ve üç anaç çeşidi (44-53, 5BB, SO ) kullanılmıştır. Anaç çelikleri, serada plastik tüplere doğrudan dikilmiş ve gözler sürdükten sonra sürgünler 5-10 cm olunca omega aşı makası ile aşılanmıştır (ÇA), Denemeden elde edilen sonuçlar aşağıda özetlenmiştir. Eh yüksek aşı tutma oranı“Alf ons/44-5 3”aşı kombinasyonda (?o 42.29) olmasına karşın,“Alfons/SO (jS 29.14)”ve“Alfons/5BB ($23*34) uygulamalarında daha az ”bulunmuştur. 1. sınıf fidan randımanında da“Alfons/44-53 ($33.46)”aşı kombinasyonu en yüksek değeri vermiştir. Bunu sırasıyla Alfons/SO (fo 18.49)“ ve ”Alfons/5BB ($ 12.95)“ izlemiştir. 4 Aşı noktasındaki kallus ”Alfons/44-53 ($ 93.7)“ hariç tüm aşı kombinasyonlarında çepeçevre olmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda, sürgün ve kök gelişim düzeyi zayıf ve zayıf -orta şeklinde bulunmuştur. Neticede, en iyi sonuçları ”Alfons/44-5 3“ aşı kombinasyonu vermiştir. Bunları sırasıyla ”Alfons/SO ve Alfons/ 4 5BB“ aşı kombinasyonları izlemiştir. ”

32 6. SUMMARY This research was carried out to obtain grafted- rooted young vines in greenhouse in the plastic tubes conditions in 1988-1989. In this research, one grape variety (Alfons) and three root stocks (44-53» 5BB, SO.) were used. Root stock cutting directy planted in the plastic tubes and grafted with omega scissors after bud-burst and when the cutting shoots were 5-10 cm. Experimental data were summarized as follows; The highest percentage of graft take was obtained for the graft combination of“Alf ons/44-53 ”was 42.29 $> but for“Alfons/ SO ”was 29.14 f» and for“Alfons/5BB”was 23.34 ?S and these ratios were less than the first one. Considering the first grade grafed vine, the highest valve appeared in“Alf ons/44-53”(33.46 fo). This was followed by Alfons/SO ( 18.49 1°) and Alfons/5BB (12.95 #). Callus-ring f@rmed completely at the graft union in all of the combinaticas, except“Alf ons/44-53”(93.7 #). At the end of research, cutting shoots and the level of root growing were found less and middle ratios. As a result, the best conclusion was given by“Al fons /44-5 3”graft combination. This was followed by“Al fons/SO and Alfons/5BB”graft combinations.
