Özet
Cezayir ve Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin bir ortak girişim çerçevesinde bir araya gelmeleri halinde tarafların ortak menfaatleri olacaktır. Konuya bu şekilde yaklaşıldığında Cezayir'de tekstil sektöründe bir yeniden yapılandırma girişimi bütün ülkede teşvik edilmektedir.Cezayir'de ithal tekstil ürünlerine talebin oldukça canlı olması; Türkiye'nin bu alanda talebi tatmin edecek bir teknolojinin olması; ürün çeşitliği yaratabilecek bir üretim yeteneğinin gelişmiş olması; Cezayir pazarını tanıyan uzman yerel işletmelerle bir araya gelmesi halinde büyük fırsatlara dönüştürülebilir.Cezayir'de tekstil ürünleri pazarında en önemli rakip Çin işletmeleridir Ancak, Türk tasarımı ve üretim kalitesinin tercih edilmesi bu rekabeti Türk Cezayir ortak girişim işletmelerinin lehine etkileyecektir. Bu noktadan hareketle, Türk işletmelerinin birikimi Cezayir'deki ucuz el emeği ve devlet teşvikleri ile birleşince pazardan elde edilecek gelirlerin yüksek olacağı belirgindir.Tez konusu çerçevesinde her iki ülkede yaptığım araştırma sonuçları itibarıyla yöneticilerin: resmi işlemlerin kolaylaştırılması, gümrük mevzuatında yapılacak bazı değişikliklerin ve mali desteklerin verilmesi halinde konuya sıcak baktıkları saptanmıştır.

At the end of the study realized on the sector of the textile in Algeria and Turkey for a possible partnership, it arises that the sector of the Algerian textile which currently crosses a situation criticizes continuation sequel to his destructiveness is perceived like an activity participating for a regional balance, in the sense that this industry set out again through the country can taken part of promotion and in the development of creative activities of richness and employment. For its redeployment, this sector would often like reaproprier his shares of markets monopolized by products of imports under unfair conditions by adapting to the new technical and qualitative requirements market. In this context, opportunities required relate to the knowledge to make and high technology available to Turkey and the diversification of its production. With regard to the sector of the Turkish textile whose 90% of its activities are consisted the clothes industry and clothing, the export of its products towards Algeria by the means of abstract market made it possible to the Algerians to carry a preference for the products Turkish compared to the other products to import mainly from China. It is within this framework that the choice is related to possible contractors Turkish who would like to possibly develop a partnership with Algeria. After the investigations carried out near the heads of companies Turks, opportunities and prospects which it wishes to find in Algeria concern; the availability of the structures of work, a rational exploitation of the labor already qualified, the diversification of their activities which will enable them to increase their profits.
