Özet
Ülkeler arasındaki coğrafi sınırlara rağmen, bilgi, tüm dünyada serbest bir şekilde dolaşmaktadır. Bu sebeple yabancı dil eğitimi giderek daha önemli hale gelmektedir. Tüm dünyada, insanlar bilgiye ulaşmak amacıyla daha iyi iletişim kurmak zorundadırlar. Bu noktada, çalışmamızın konusu olan Fransızca eğitiminin önemi de küçümsenemez. Bu çalışmada, kültürün ve ideolojinin aktarımında önemli bir rol oynayan, genelde sinemanın, özelde de belgesel ya da yarı belgesel sinemanın yabancı dil eğitiminde nasıl kullanılacağı konusunu incelemeye çalıştık. Bunu yaparken, bir yandan, tarihe mal olmuş bir kişi olan Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün yaşamını konu alan ?Mustafa? adlı filmin anlamlandırma süreçlerini incelerken, diğer yandan da bu filmin yabancı dil öğretiminde nasıl kullanılacağı konusunda öneriler getirmeye çalıştık.Öğrenim sürecinde sinemanın (kurmaca ya da belgesel) kullanılması eğitimi daha aktif hale getirir, çünkü, sinema dili öğrencilerin dikkatinin çekilmesi konusunda kolayca güdülenmeyi sağlar. Bir Fransızca sınıfında sinemanın kullanılması, öğrencilerin yazılı ve sözlü anlatımlarının gelişmesinde tetikleyici bir etmendir. Bu açıdan, bu çalışma, sinemanın Fransızca eğitiminde kullanımını önererek eğitim sürecinin daha kaliteli hale getirilmesini amaçlamaktadırÇalışmamızda, öncelikle, dilsel ve dilsel olmayan iletişim sistemlerini inceledik ve daha sonra temel göstergesi sözcükler olan doğal dil (eklemli dil) ile temel göstergesi görüntü olan sinema dilini karşılaştırarak, sinema iletişim dizgesinin anlam oluşturma süreçlerini ele aldık. Bunu yaparken, belgesel sinemanın kurgusal sinemaya göre en büyük ayrımı olan dış ses ve dış sesin filmin anlamlandırılması sürecindeki rolünü incelemeye çalıştık. Bu, bize kanıtlayıcı söylemin dayandığı stratejileri anlamamızda ve örtük söylemi incelememizde yol gösterici oldu. Bu çalışmayla, Fransızcanın yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde belgesel filmin kullanımı konusunda öneriler getirerek yeni ufuklar açmayı umut ediyoruz.

Knowledge spreads freely all over the world despite the geographical boundaries. Therefore, the education of foreign languages becomes more important than ever. People have to communicate more effectively to capture knowledge. At this point, the importance of French language education, which is the subject of our study, cannot be neglected. In this study, we tried to analyze documentary/semi-documentary cinema in detail under the general concept of cinema by recognizing the importance of the role it plays in transfer of culture and ideology. In this process, while trying to analyze the meaning processes of the movie ?Mustafa? shot on the life of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk on one hand, on the other hand we tried to present suggestions on how it can be used in French education.The use of cinema language (fiction or documentary) makes the education process more dynamic by motivating students with its attention taking structure. The use of cinema in a French language class triggers the development of written and verbal expression skills of students. From this perspective, this study aims to improve the quality of the education process by suggesting the use of cinema in the education of French language.In our study we first analyzed the linguistic and non-linguistic communication systems. Afterwards, we discussed the meaning construction processes of cinematic communication systems by comparing ordinary language whose main indicator is words with cinema language which?s main indicator is image. While doing this, we tried to analyze the role of voice-over in the meaning construction process of the cinema, as the main differentiator of documentary cinema and fiction cinema. This guided us in understanding the strategies in the supporting arguments and in analyzing the implicit discourse. With this study, we are expecting to open new frontiers in the foreign language education process by proposing strategies on the use of documentaries in French language education.
