Özet
Siklofosfazenler en iyi bilinen ve en fazla çalışılan fosfor-azot bileşikleridir. Hekzaklorosiklotrifosfazatrien (N3P3Cl6, trimer) diğer halofosfazenler in ve çeşitli fosfazen türevlerinin çıkış maddesi olarak kullanılması nedeniyle önemlidir.Trimerde klor atomlarının yerine bağlanan grupların özelliklerine göre fosfazenler; gaz sensörü, sıvı kristal, anti kanserojen, yanmaya dayanıklılık gibi özellikler kazanmaktadır.Bu çalışmada, 1,10-fenantrolin grubu içeren ?2-kloloro-2-salisilidenimino-1,10-fenantrolino-4.4,6.6-bis[spiro(2',2''-dioksi-1',1''-bifenil)]sikotrifosfazen?olarak isimlendirilen, yeni bir fenoksisiklofosfazen türevinin ve Ru (II) kompleksinin, spektroskopik ve termal özelliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlandı.Çalışmalarımıza, başlangıç maddeleri olan, 5- nitro-1,10-fenantrolin, 5-amino -1,10-fenantrolin, 5-salisildenimino-1,10-fenantrolin, 4.4,6.6-bis[spiro(2',2''-dioksi-1',1''-bifenil)] siklotrifosfazen' nin, literatürde belirtildiği sentezi ile başladık.2-Kloro-2-salisildenimino-1,10-fenantrolino-4.4,6.6-bis[spiro(2',2''-dioksi-1',1''-bifenil)] siklotrifosfazen ligandı (CS-CP), HCl tutucu olarak K2CO3 ve çözücü olarak aseton kullanılarak %69.1 verimle sentezlendi. Ürün, CH2Cl2/Hekzan karışımında kristallendirilerek saflaştırıldı.Fenoksifosfazen türevinin Ru(II) kompleksi [Ru(CS-CP)(bpy)2](PF6)2, CS-CP ve Ru(bpy)2Cl2? 2H2O ile çözücü olarak etanol ve argon atmosferinde ve aşırı miktarda potasyum hekzaflorofosfat (KPF6) ile muamele edilerek turuncu renkteki PF6 tuzu halinde sentezlendi ve THF ile kristallendirildi.Yeni sentezlenen bileşikler, FTIR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, UV-vis, kütle, fluoresans spektrumlarından, elemental ve termal analiz ile birlikte karakterize edildi.Fenoksifosfazen türevinin Ru(II) kompleksi [Ru(CS-CP)(bpy)2](PF6)2, CS-CP ve Ru(bpy)2Cl2? 2H2O ile çözücü olarak etanol ve argon atmosferinde ve aşırı miktarda potasyum hekzaflorofosfat (KPF6) ile muamele edilerek turuncu renkteki PF6 tuzu halinde sentezlendi ve THF ile kristallendirildi.Fosfazenler, anorganik kimyanın önemli ve hızlı gelişen konularından birisidir. Bu bileşikler, yapıları, sayılarının fazlalığı, ilginç kullanım özellikleri nedeniyle anorganik kimyada geniş bir araştırma alanına sahiptirler. Çalışmamızda, yeni sentezlenen fosfazen ligandı ve Ru(II) kompleksinin de önemli olduğunu ve ilginç kullanım özelliklerine sahip olabileceğini düşünmekteyiz

Cyclophosphazens are the best known and most studied phosphorus-nitrogen compounds. Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (N3P3Cl6, trimer) is important because it?s used as a starting material of varied phosphazene derivatives and the other halophosphazenes.Phosphazenes gain some properities such as gas sensor, liquid crystal, anti-carcinogen according to the groups which replace with chlorine atoms.Our main purpose is to analyze, a new derivation of phenoxycyclophosphazene which includes 1,10-phenanthroline and called as ?2-chloro-2-salicylideneimino-1,10-phenanthrolino-4.4,6.6-bis[spiro(2',2''-dioksi-1',1''-bifenil)]cyclotriphosphazene. We also aimed to examine. The spectroscopic and thermal properties of this new derivation and Ru(II) complex.We started to our examination with using the same way with the previous synthesis of our starting materials; 5- nitro-1,10-phenanthroline, 5-amino -1,10-phenanthroline, 5-salicylideneimino-1,10-phenantroline, 4.4,6.6-bis[spiro(2',2''-dioksi-1',1''-bifenil)] cyclotriphosphazene.The ligand of 2-chloro-2-salicylideneimino-1,10-phenanthrolino-4.4,6.6-bis[spiro(2',2''-dioksi-1',1''-bifenil)]cyclotriphosphazene (CS-CP) was synthesized and the yeild was %69.1. In this synthesis we used K2CO3 as HCl holder and acetone as solvent. Our product was prufied by crystallizing in CH2Cl2 / Hekzan mixture.[Ru(CS-CP)(bpy)2](PF6)2 was synthesized by mixing CS-CP and Ru(bpy)2Cl2? 2H2O in ethanol and in the argon atmosphere and we also used extremely KPF6. We obtained a complex orange-colored PF6 salt and it was crystallized in THF.The newly synthesized compounds have been verified by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, UV-vis., mass and fluorescence spectra together with elemental and thermal analysis.Phosphazenes are one of the most important and fast-growing issues of inorganic chemistry. These compounds have a wide field of research in inorganic chemistry because of their structures, number of excess and interesting features. In our work, the ligand of phosphazene and Ru (II) complex are important and also we think that it might have interesting features in usage.
