Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, deri üst giyiminde, termofizyolojik (ısıl) konfor, psikolojik (estetik) konfor, duyumsal (dokunsal) konfor ve vücut hareketi konforuna ilişkin tüketici memnuniyetini belirleyerek, elde edilen veriler ışığında yetersiz kalınan yönlerde işletmelere öneri getirmektir.Araştırmada, betimsel (survey) araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında anket tekniği kullanılmış, ayrıca konfor kavramı, giysi konforu çeşitleri, deri, deri teknolojisi ve deri üretimi hakkında ayrıntılı bir şekilde kaynak taraması yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, İstanbul ilindeki deri üst giyim tüketicileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, evrenden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla seçilen 400 deri üst giyim tüketicisi oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada elde edilen verilere ait sayısal değerler ve yüzdelikler, SPSS 15,0 programında istatistiksel analiz yapılarak hesaplanmıştır.Deri üst giyiminde tüketici memnuniyetini ortaya koyan sonuçlar değerlendirildiğinde konfor kriterlerinin tüketicilerin memnuniyet durumlarını belirlemede çok önemli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda deri üst giyim tüketicilerinin ürünlerden beklentileri ortaya konularak, üreticilerin bu doğrultuda ürün hazırlamaları önerilmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to determine the consumer satisfaction as to the thermo-physiologic (thermal) comfort, psychological (aesthetical) comfort, sensorial (tactile) comfort and body movement comfort for leather overdress, and to bring forward proposal to the unsatisfactory aspects in the light of the obtained data.In the research, descriptive survey method has been deployed. The survey technique has been used in the collection of research data, and furthermore, detailed source screening has been conducted on the concept of comfort, types of dress comfort, leather and leather technology, and leather production. The universe of research is constituted by the consumers of leather overdress in the city of Istanbul. On the other hand, the sample of research is constituted by 400 consumers of leather overdress who have been picked by way of simple random sampling.The numerical values and percentages for the data obtained in the research have been calculated by carrying out statistical analysis in SPSS 15.0 program.Taking into consideration the results revealing the consumer satisfaction in leather overdress, it has been ascertained that the comfort types are very critical in determining the satisfaction status of consumers.In line with the results obtained, the expectations of leather overdress consumers for the products have been outlined and it has been proposed that the producers prepare products by considering these information.
