Özet
Bu çalışmada Irak, Ürdün, Lübnan ve Suriye arasındaki dörtlü bir Ortadoğu arap ülkesi ortak pazarı kurulması ve bununda daha büyük bir Arap Pazarı kurmak amacıyla ilk aşama olarak gösterilmesi önerilmiştir. Öncelikle, hazırlanmış bulunan tezin giriş bölümünde amaç ve hedef açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra birleşme (entegrasyon) teorisi ele alınmış ve en önemli bilinen örnek olarakta Avrupa Topluluğu verilmiştir. Kurulma nedenlerini anlamak amacıyla bu topluluk analiz edilmiş ve karşılaştırma avantajları teorisi, genel entegrasyon teorisi içinde açıklanmış ve anlatılmıştır. Daha sonra mevcut bulunan Arap Kooperatifleri ve ortak pazarı incelenmiş ve eleştirilmiştir. Daha sonra yukarıda açıklanan dört Arap Ülkesinin mevcut fiziki, doğal ve ekonomik yapısıgösterilmiştir. Netice olarak bu genel başlıklar tamamlayıcı olarak bu ülkelerin her birinde analiz edilmiştir.

in this study, an Arab common market is proposed among four Middle Eastern Arab countries namely; Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria as the fîrst stage for creating larger maçket among the Arab states. First, the aim and purpose of the study is mentioned in introduction part Then, the framework of economic integration theory has been discussed and giving the best well known example of this theory; the European Community (EC). it is analyzed to understand the impetus and motivations which create such community. The framework of the comparative advantage theory is explained within the general framework of the economic integration theory. Next, the existing joint cooperations among the Arab states is discussed with a eriticisin of the reasons beyond the uneffectivity of suchcooperations and rnstitutions. After that, the existing physical, natura! and economic structures of the four Middle Eastern countries is presented. Finally, the items and areas of complementarity among those states have been analysed. <
