Özet
IV ÖZET Esnek imalat Sistemlerinin temelinde yatan, müşteri talebindeki nitel ve nicel değişikliklere kısa sürede cevap verebilen esneklikte bir sistem yaratma amacı, hizmet sektöründe de bir gereksinim haline gelmiştir. Haberleşme, günümüzde gelişen teknoloji ve büyüyen iletişim ağlarıyla daha da kolaylaşmıştır. Bununla birlikte, kaynakların etkin şekilde kullanımı hem servis düzeyini yükseltip, hem de maliyetleri düşürecektir. Bu da müşteri tatmini ile birlikte gelir artısını beraberinde getirecektir. Giderek günlük hayatın vazgeçilmez bir parçası haline gelen haberleşme alanında da esnekliğin sağlanması, büyük yarar sağlayacaktır. Sistemde esnekliğin sağlanabilmesi için gerekli hazırlıklar ve sistemden alınacak bilgiler önemlidir. Telekomünikasyon alanında esnekliğin sağlanmasındaki en önemli veri kaynağı santral tra-fiği olacaktır. Tra-fik akısının izlenme ve değerlendirilme yöntemleri iyi bel irlenmel idir. Bu çalışmada, telekomünikasyon alanında esnekliğin sağlanmasında santral tra-fiğinin önemi ve esnekliği etkileyen sistemler üzerinde durulmuştur. Esnekliğin sağlanması için öneriler sunulmuştur. SUMMARY The basic aim of the Flexible Manufacturing Systems, is to be flexible enough to response the qualitative and quantitative changes o-f the customer demand. This aim has become a necessity, also at service systems. With the development of the technology and the networks, communication has got a long distance. The efficent use of the sources, would rise the level of service and would decrease the costs. By the way, it would bring the customer- satisfaction and the increase of the revenues. Bringing the flexibility into the communication field, that takes an important place in our life, would be useful. To bring the flexibility to the system, the preparation and the datas, that would be taken from system, are important. The most important data source is the traffic of exchanges at telecommunication systems. Observing the flow of traffic and evaluation methods should be carefully determined. In this study, the importance of the traffic of exchanges has been dwelt on, for bringing the flexibility to the telecommunication systems. The systems that effect the flexibility has been examined and some suggestions about flexibility, have been put forward. Key Words Flexible System Tel ecommuni cat i on Telephone Traffic
