Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye Futbol Ligleri'nde faal olarak görev yapan klasman futbol hakemlerinin meslekî tükenmişlik ve iş doyum düzeylerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır.Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Araştırma grubunu Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerinde görev yapan 198 erkek üst düzey futbol hakemi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri (1981) ve Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği (1967) ile 15 soruluk kişisel bilgilerin yer aldığı anket formu kullanılmıştır. Veri analizleri için Shaporo-Wilk testi, Kolmogrov Testi, Kruskal Wallis Testi, Mann Whitney U Testi ve Spearman Korelasyon katsayısı kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi olarak 0,05 ve 0,01 kullanılmıştır.Araştırma bulgularında klasman futbol hakemlerinin yaşlarına, medeni durumlarına, mesleklerine, aylık ortalama gelirlerine, eğitim düzeylerine, hakemlikteki kategorisine, hakemliğin maddi getirisine, hakemliğin sosyal statüsüne, görev alma durumlarına, farklı branşlarda hakemlik yapma durumlarına, hakemliğin asli mesleğini etkileme durumlarına göre iş doyum düzeyleri ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyinin bütün alt boyutları (duyarsızlaşma, duygusallık, kişisel başarı) arasında anlamlı bir fark (p>0,05) bulunamamıştır. Ancak klasman futbol hakemlerinin müsabık olarak futbol oynama durumlarına göre iş doyum düzeyleri arasında anlamlı (p<0,05) fark bulunmuştur. Futbol hakemlerinin hangi bölgenin hakemi olduğuna dair iş doyum düzeyleri arasında ve tükenmişliğin ?kişisel başarı? değişkenleri açısından istatistiksel anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Futbol hakemlerinin kaç yıllık hakem olduklarına dair iş doyum ve mesleki tükenmişlikleri incelendiğinde sadece ?duygusallık? değişkeni açısından istatistiksel anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Futbol hakemlerinin kategorideki hakemlik yıllına göre iş doyumları ve mesleki tükenmişlikleri incelendiğinde sadece ?iş doyumu? değişkeni açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuştur Klasman Futbol Hakemlerinin mesleki tükenmişlikleri ile iş doyumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olmadığı bulunmuştur.Araştırma sonucunda Klasman Futbol Hakemlerinin hem mesleki tükenmişliklerinin hem de iş doyum düzeylerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, hakemlerin mesleki tükenmişlikleri ile iş doyumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olmadığı bulunmuştur.

This study was carried out with the purpose to survey the level of the professional burnout and the internal satisfaction of the ranking football referees, who perform an active duty at the Turkish Football Leagues.The model of the survey is in the form of a scanning. The survey group is consisted of 198 male referees who perform duty in the different cities of Turkey. The Maslach Bornout (Scale) (1981) and Minnesote Job Satisfaction Scale (1967) were used as a data collection tool and a questionnaire form consisted of 15 questions for personal information was used during the survey. Shaporo-Wilk test, Kolmogrov Test, Kruskal Wallis Test, Mann Whitney U Test and Spearman correlation coefficient were used for the data analyses. 0,05 and 0,01 were used as a significance level.No any significant difference (p>0,05) was found in the survey findings among the job satisfaction level and job burnout level of the Ranking Football Referees and all of their lower neck (desensitization, emotionality, personal success) with respect to their ages, marital status, profession, average monthly income, educational level, their categories as referees, the material yield as a referee, the social status as a referee, performing their duties, performing duty as a referee in different fields, the effect of being a referee on their original profession. However, a significant difference (p<0,05) was found between their job satisfaction level in accordance with the status of the Ranking Football Referees playing football as a competitors. When the job satisfaction was surveyed in terms of in which region they are football referees, there were found statistical significant differences in respect of the ?job satisfaction? and ?personal success? variables. When the job satisfaction of the football referees regarding their spent years as a referee, there were found statistical significant differences only in terms of ?emotionality? variable. When the job satisfaction of the football referees in the category of their spent years as a referee was surveyed, there was statistically found a significant differences only in terms of ?job satisfaction? variable. It was found that there was no any significant relation between the professional burnout and the job satisfaction of the Ranking Football Referees.As the result of the survey it was found that both the Professional burnout and the job satisfaction of the Ranking Football Referees was of a medium level, and there was not any significant relationship between the professional burnout and the job satisfaction of the referees.
