Özet
49 V.3. ÖZET Bu araştırma hekim, hemşire, öğrenci hemşire arasındaki iletişim olgusunu irdelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi Kadın Doğum, Nöroloji-Nöroşürirji, Göğüs Kalp Damar Cerrahisi, Ortopedi, Kulak-Burun-Boğaz, Genel Cerrahi, Pediatri, Enfeksiyon Hastalıkları, Dahiliye, Üroloji servisleri ve Acil polikliniğinde yapılmıştır. Bilgi topluma aracı olarak hekim, hemşire ve öğrenci hemşirelere özel hazırlanan anket formu bu kliniklerde çalışan hekim, hemşire ve öğrenci hemşirelere, araştırmacının kendisi tarafından tek tek görüşülerek uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarının istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmesinde yüzdelik hesapları, Ki kare önemlilik testi ve Fisher kesin ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonunda, hekim ve hemşirelerin ima ile anlatımı yapıcı bir iletişim modeli olarak benisemediklerini, iletişime açık olduklarını, aralarındaki hekim, hemşire ilişkisinin rol-model olarak öğrenciye olumlu yansıdığını belirttikleri, öğrencilerin ise gördükleri hekim-hemşire ilişkisinden olumsuz yönde etkilendikleri, hekim ve hemşirelerle iletişim sorunu yaşadıkları ve bu sorunların öğrencilerin özel yaşamına yansıdığı saptanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan hekim, hemşire ve öğrenci hemşirelerin ekip içindeki iletişim kusurlarının hastanın tedavi ve bakımında aksamalara neden olduğunu bildikleri, bu nedenle yaşadıkları iletişim sorununu, sorun yaşadıkları bireyle karşılıklı konu-50 şarak çözmeye çalıştıkları ve iyi bir hekim, hemşire, öğrenci hemşire iletişimi için; karşılıklı saygı, güven, karşılıklı görev ve sorumlulukların bilinmesini ve ekip çalışmasını önerdikleri saptanmıştır. Bu araştırma sonuçlarına göre ülkemizde hekim, hemşire, öğrenci hemşire arasındaki ilişkilerde, iletişim sorunları yaşanmakta olup bu sorunlar et kin şekilde çözümlenemediği için sağlık çalışanlarının özel yaşamlarına yansıyarak verilen bakımı ve iş doyumunu etkilemekte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmamızda elde edilen bulgulara dayanılarak iletişim sorunlarına ilişkin uygun öneriler getirilmiştir.

51 EVALUATION OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MEDICAL DOCTORS, NURSES AND STUDENT NURSES SUMMARY This investigation has been made with the aim of evaluating the communication between medical doc tors, nurses and student nurses. The investigation was carried out in the Depart ments of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Chest and Cardiovascular Surgery, Orthopedics,' Otorhinolaryngology, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases, Internal Diseases and Urology and Emergency polyclinics of the Cumhu riyet University Hospital. Data were collected from medical doctors, nurses and student nurses in these inics by personal contacts and interviews and all completed a special inquiry form prepared for this purpuse. Percentage evaluation, chi -square significance test and Fisher's definite chi-square test were used in the statistical evaluation of the results obtained form the investigation. As a result of the evaluation of the data, it was established that the medical doctors and nurses did not approve indirect communication as a constructive model of communication supported open communication, expressed that the doctor-nurse relations had a positive role-model effect on the students but the nurse students were adversely affected by the doctor-nurse relations they observed, had communication problems with the doctors and nurses and these were reflected in the students' personal lives.52 It was noted that the doctors, nurses and students were aware of the fact that communication problems in the group caused problems in the treatment and care of patients and established that personal problems were solved personally by direct communication and recommended mutual respect, confidence and awareness of responsibility and team work for an effective communication among medical doctors, nurses and student nurses. According to the results of this investigation, it was established that there are communication problems among the medical doctors, nurses and student nurses in our country and, as these remained unsolved and were reflected in personal life, they affected patient care and satisfactory servise. Based on the findings obtained in this investigation, recommendations have been made towards the solution of these communication problems.
