Özet
Bu çalışmada basın özgürlüğünün temas ettiği farklı konularda bilgi verilmekle beraber çalışma, esas itibariyle yargılama faaliyetleriyle ilgili olarak kanunlar ve mahkeme kararları doğrultusunda basının haber verme hakkının nerede başlayıp nerede bittiğiyle sınırlıdır. Çalışmanın konusu, hem ceza yargılamasını hem hukuk yargılamasını hem anayasa yargısını hem askeri yargıyı hem de idari yargıyı kapsayacak şekildedir. Konunun daha iyi anlaşılması için ulusal ve uluslararası mahkeme kararlarından örnekler de çalışmanın içerisinde yer almaktadır.Bu hususlar göz önüne alınarak birinci bölümde basına, basın özgürlüğüne ve basının haber verme hakkına ilişkin genel bilgiler yer almaktadır.İkinci bölümde yargılama faaliyetine ilişkin olarak kişilik haklarının ve kamu düzeninin korunması açından haber verme hakkı ele alınmaktadır.Üçüncü bölümde ise haber verme hakkının kullanımı ve sınırı açısından yargı organının tarafsızlığının ve bağımsızlığının korunması açıklanmaktadır.

In this study, the information concerning the freedom of the press was given, but, in essence, it is limited to the areas where the right of the press to announce about the jurisdistiction actions starts and ends in accordance with laws and judicial orders. The subject of the study was be made in a way that it encompasses penal judgment, law judgment, fundamental law judgment, military judgment and administrative judgment. To make the subject clearer, the examples of national and international court decisions were given in the study.By taking these concepts into consideration, in first part, the right to inform the the press, the freedom of the press , the right of media and press to announce were given.In second part, the right to announce about the personality rights concerning judgment actions and protecting public peace were given.In third part, making use of the right to announce and its limits, the objectiveness and independence of judicial bodies were explained.
