Özet
Hadis ilminde sözün kaynağının tespiti, isnad sistemini vücuda getirmiş, daha sonra ise rivayetler Hz. Peygamber, sahabe ve tabiuna nispetle sınıflamaya tabi tutulmuştur. İsnadı sahabede kalan ve sahabenin söz fiil ve takrirlerini ifade eden mevkuf hadis rivayet kitablarının bütününde yer almıştır.Mevkuf kavramını ve diğer haber çeşitleriyle ilişkisini, mevkuf hadisin hükmünü, sahabi kavlinin değerini, hükmen merfu kavramını, bir hadisin hem merfu hem de mevkuf olarak rivayetini incelemek, İbn Hacer'in hayatını özellikle muhaddis kimliğiyle ortaya koyduğu ilmi şahsiyetini, el-Vukûf alâ mâ fî Sahîhi Müslim mine'l-Mevkuf adlı eserinde yer alan rivayetlerin metin ve sened açısından sıhhatini, merfu mu mevkuf mu yoksa maktu mu olduğunu tetkik etmek, temel hadis kaynaklarında bu rivayetlerin mevkuf tariklerinin olup olmadığını tespit etmek, çalışmamızın esasını teşkil etmektedir.el-Vukûf alâ mâ fî Sahîhi Müslim mine'l-Mevkuf'ta yer alan yüz doksan iki rivayet konu başlıklarına göre sıralanarak, tahriç ve tahlil edilmiş, İbn Hacer'in mevkuf hadis olarak aldığı rivayetlerin merfu mu, mevkuf mu maktu mu olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmış, sayısal verilerle kaç rivayetin merfu, mevkuf ve maktu olduğu ve hangi raviden kaç hadis rivayet edildiği tespit edilmiştir.

Determining the source of the hadith in the science of hadith formed the system of attribution and later on the accounts were classified in comparison with The Prophet (pbuh), sahabas and the tabiun (those who saw the sahabas and profited from them). Mawquf hadith (fixed, absolutely correct in attribution) that is attributed to sahabas and expresses the words, behaviours and the declarations of them took place in all the books of accounts.Examining the notion of mawquf and its relations with other types of news, the provision of hadith mawquf, the value of the words of sahabas, the notion of `rejected by default?, a hadith narration?s being both rejected and mawquf, the life of Ibn Hajar especially his scientific personality that he formed as a hadith scholar, the authenticity of the accounts in terms of text and their chain in Ibn Hajar?s book named ?el-Vukûf alâ mâ fî Sahîhi Müslim mine?l-Mevkuf?, whether they are rejected, mawquf or truncated narration and determining if these accounts have got mawquf ways or not in basic hadith sources constitutes the basis of our study.In this study, a hundred and ninety two accounts were sorted by subject titles, examined and removed provisions from them and the accounts adopted by Ibn Hajar as mawquf hadith were intented to determine whether they were mawquf, rejected or truncated narration and fixed with digital datas that how many of them were mawquf, rejected or truncated narration and how many hadithes were narrated and by whom.
