SUMMARY our Study Has six parts after the introduction» I studied the labour relations in history in the introduction part- In the first part I studied concept of employment cont ract and making a employment contract. In the second part I studied the employer's obligations against the labourers in the third part the labuourer's obli gations against the employer.
