Özet
Dünyada yaşanan küreselleşme süreci ile birlikte sermaye, ülkeler arasında serbest dolaşır hale gelmiştir.Bu çalışmanın amacı, gelişmekte olan ülke (GOÜ)'lere yönelik sermaye hareketlerinin (SH), seçilmiş makroekonomik değişkenler üzerindeki etkilerini ekonometrik modellerle analiz etmektir. Tez, yabancı sermaye, yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının çeşitleri, yabancı sermaye gereksinim nedenleri, yabancı sermayenin bir ülkeye gelişini etkileyen faktörler, dünyada yabancı sermaye hareketlerinin tarihsel gelişimi ve ekonomi üzerine etkileri konularını kapsamıştır. SH'nin makroekonomik değişkenler üzerine etkileri, Granger nedensellik modelleri kullanılarak incelenmiştir.Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre 13 GOÜ arasından 3'ünde SH ile büyüme arasında, 6'sında SH ile enflasyon arasında anlamlı bir nedensellik ilişkisi bulunmuştur. Araştırılan diğer ülkelerde ise SH ile seçilmiş makro ekonomik değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir nedensellik ilişkisi bulunmamıştır. GOÜ'lerde SH daha çok kısa vadeli olduğundan iç tasarruflara ve ekonomik kalkınmaya katkısı olmamaktadır.

Movements of capital account liberalization with the foreign capital of the country macro economic balance, the impact of increased and liberalization process of the involved countries' monetary policy, interest rates and exchange rates movements of capital are affected have become.The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of foreign capital investments in developing countries. More specifically, it is aimed to analyse the effects of capital investments on chosen macroeconomic variables using econometric models. It consists the explains foreign investments and the types of foreign investments. And explains the reasons of the need for the foreign capital, the factors that effect incoming foreign capital investment. The progress of the foreign capital investment in the world throughout the history the effects of the foreign capital investment on developing countries is explained. This study investigates the effects of capital flows on macroeconomic variables by using Granger causality models.According to the results of the study from 13 developing countries, there is a significant relationship between capital flows and economic growth in 3 countries and between capital flows and inflation in 6 countries. In other developing countries, chosen macroeconomic variables with the capital flows has no relation with the meaningful causality.
