Özet
Araştırmamızda, Türk Millî Eğitimi'nin genel ve özel amaçlarında geçen değerler tespit edilmiş ve bu değerlerden hareketle hazırlanan Değer İnceleme Formu kullanılarak, Edebî Çocuk Dergisi Kırmızıfare'deki metinler incelenmiştir.Araştırmanın amacı, Edebî Çocuk Dergisi Kırmızıfare'deki değerleri incelemek ve bunların dağılımlarını ve oranlarını tespit etmektir.Araştırmanın yöntemi; betimsel alan araştırması yöntemidir. Araştırmada genel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Tezin evrenini, Edebî Çocuk Dergisi Kırmızıfare oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'nca okullara tavsiye edilen Edebî Çocuk Dergisi Kırmızıfare'nin 1-26. ile 94-106. sayılarındaki 282 metin oluşturmaktadır. ( 1-26. Sayılarda 177, 94-106. Sayılarda 105 metin bulunmaktadır. ) Belirtilen sayılardaki metinler ve metinlerde geçen değerler veri olarak kabul edilmiştir.Değer İnceleme Formu'ndaki 166 değer, örneklem grubundaki metinlerde aranmıştır. İlköğretim Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı ve Kılavuzu (1-8. Sınıflar)`nda belirtilen değerlerin Kırmızıfare Dergisi'ndeki metinlerde oranları tespit edilerek, ulaşılan sonuçlar grafik olarak gösterilmiştir.Araştırmamız sonucunda, Kırmızıfare Edebî Çocuk Dergisi'nde en çok ``Armağan Verme Değeri'', ``Okuma Sevgisi ve Alışkanlığı Kazanma Değeri'', ``Yardımsever Olma Değeri'', ``Çalışkan Olma Değeri'', ``Hayvanları Sevme ve Koruma Değeri'', ``Bilimlik Düşünceye Önem Verme Değeri'', ``Sevginin Gücüne İnanma Değeri'', `` Doğayı Sevme ve Koruma Değeri'', ``Paylaşma Değeri'' tespit edilmiştir.Dergide ``Bayrağa Saygılı Olma Değeri'', ``Doğal Afetlerde Yardımlaşma Değeri'', ``Ebeveyne, Aile Büyüklerine Sevgi ve Saygı Duyma Değeri'', `` Eşyaların Kıymetini Bilme Değeri'', ``Girişimci Olma Değeri'', ``İlgi ve Yeteneklerini Geliştirme Değeri'', ``Kişinin Haklarının Bilincinde Olma Değeri'', ``Kişi ve Toplum Sorunlarına Duyarlı Olabilme Değeri'', ``Kütüphanelerden Yararlanma Değeri'', ``Olumlu Davranışların Ödüllendirilmesi Değeri'', ``Sağlığa Zararlı Alışkanlıklardan Uzak Durma Değeri'' ile ``Vatanını, Milletini Sevme ve Yüceltme Değeri''ne yer verilmemiştir.

In our investigation, the items in the general and specific objectives of the Turkish National Education were converted to values, and the texts in the Literary Children?s Periodical Red Mouse have been examined by using The Value Examining Form, which was prepared based on these values.The objective of the investigation was to examine the values in the Literary Children?s Periodical Red Mouse, to determine the distribution of the texts with these values and their ratios.166 values in the Value Examining Form were applied to 282 texts in the sample group. The ratio of values mentioned in the Turkish Lesson in elemantary Education Program and Guidelines (Classes 1-8) in the mentioned texts of The Red Mouse was determined, and the obtained results were shown as graphics.The investigation was carried out on the issues nos. 1-26 and 94-106 of the Literary Children?s Periodical Red Mouse. The texts in the mentioned issues and the values available in the texts were considered as data.The method of the investigation was descriptive field survey method. The general scanning method was used in the survey. The universe of the survey was consisted of the Literary Children?s Periodical Red Mouse. The 282 texts in the issues no. 1-26 and 94-106 taken from the Literary Children?s Periodical Red Mouse., which was recommended by the Ministry of Education formed the sample of the survey (there are 177 texts in the issues nos. 1-26, and 105 texts in the issues nos. 94-106).As a result of our survey, the mostly found values in the Literary Children?s Periodical Red Mouse were ?The Value of Love and Protecting Animals?, The Value of Giving a Gift? ?The Value of Love and Gain The Habit of Reading?, ?The Value of Being Helpful?, ?The Value of Attaching Importance to Scientific Thought?, ?The Value of Love and Protection of The Nature?.?The Value of Respecting The Flag?, ?The Value of Helping Each Other During Natural Disasters?, ?The Value of Loving and Respecting Parents and Family Elders?, ?The Value of Being Undertaker?, ?The Value of Benefitting from Libraries?, The Value of Rewarding Positive Behaviours?, ?The Value of Staying Out of Deleterious Habits? and The Value of Loving and Glorifying One?s Country and Nation? were non-existent in the periodical.
