ABSTRACT Nowadays, companies which are effected by continuously changing economies and technologies understand the effects of Warehouse Management aspect to profitability and they begin to give more importance than before. Warehouse Management became very important for the companies which are in all branches of developing industries. Generally, stock control, management of distribution channels, customer services are main subjects and must be given attention. Additionally, Warehouse Management has got lots of functions such as; reducing stocks, space optimization in warehouse, management of warehousing equipments, distribution and accurate keeping of stock records. To succeed in performing these functions, new ideas and technologies must be scrutinized and applied according to companies resources. Warehousing, delivering goods to the customers without any damage, better space usage and reducing stocking costs with accurate stock policies are the most important duties of Warehouse Management Needs to accomplish those functions mentioned above are; computers, bar code readers, automatic stacking and loading/unloading sytems, developed conveyors, kinds offorklifts and AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles). To satisfy the Target Customer, Warehousing and Warehouse Management aspects which are one of the important steps of Production - Marketing chain must be comprehended by the top management of the company and applied
