Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Avrupa Birliği'ne tam üyelik sürecinde;? Tarım sektörümüzün Ortak Tarım Politikası'na uyumunun tarım makinaları sektörü üzerindeki olası etkilerinin ortaya konması,? Ortak Tarım Politikası'na geçişle ülkemiz mekanizasyon planlamasında ortaya çıkabilecek durumların saptanması,? Ege Bölgesi'nde incelenen tarım makinaları imalatçılarının üretim, planlama ve fiyatlandırma stratejilerinin Ortak Tarım Politikası gelişimine bağlı değişiminin irdelenmesi,? Ege Bölgesi'nde incelenen tarım makinaları imalatçılarının; kalite ve standartlara uygunluk, üretim teknolojisi, üretim maliyetleri ve Araştırma Geliştirme (Ar-Ge) faaliyetlerinin değerlendirilmesi,? İncelenen tarım makinaları firmalarının rekabet gücünün hangi konumda olduğunun saptanmasıdır.Bu amaçla ?Ortak Tarım Politikası? ile ilgili kaynaklar taranmış, AB'ye tam üyelik sürecinde tarım sektörünün Ortak Tarım Politikası'na uyumunun tarım makinaları sektörü üzerindeki olası etkilerini belirleyebilmek amacıyla anket çalışmaları yapılmıştır.Anket, kendi bölgesinde ve dalında önemli konuma sahip makine imalatçılarıyla ve tarımın farklı bölümlerinde hizmet eden (hayvansal, bitkisel vd.) ve üretim yapan üreticiler ile yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler belirlenen hipotezlerde değerlendirilmiş ve rekabet potansiyelinin değerlendirilmesi sırasındaki kısıtlar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.AB pazarına girmek ve bunun uzantısında sektörde dünya oyuncusu olmak isteyen firmalar ürünlerine teknolojik bileşenleri eklemeli ve bilişim teknolojilerini ürünlerine adapte etmelidirler. ABD, Kanada, Avustralya gibi büyük ölçekli tarım işletmeciliğinin yaygın olduğu ülkelere tarım makinası pazarlamak isteyen firmalar, küreselleşme ve ekonomik baskılar nedeniyle işletmelerin büyüme eğilimlerini de göz önünde tutarak, elektronik bileşenleri eklemekle yetinmemeli, aynı zamanda yüksek miktarda üretime ve büyük ölçekli tarım faaliyetlerine yönelik büyük, güçlü, sağlam makinaları ürün gamlarına katmalıdırlar. Gelişmiş pazarlarda kalite ve teknolojik düzey sıklıkla fiyat ölçütünün önüne geçmektedir.

The objectives of this study, in the course of full membership to the European Union, were;? To explore the potential effects of the adaptation of the agricultural sector of Turkey to the Common Agricultural Policy on the sector of agricultural machinery,? To find out the outcomes that would occur in mechanization planning of Turkey due to the transition to the Common Agricultural Policy,? To investigate the changes that depend upon the development of the Common Agricultural Policy in the production, planning, and pricing strategies of the agricultural machinery manufacturers examined in the Aegean Region,? To evaluate the quality and conformity to the standards, manufacturing technology, costs of manufacturing, research and development activities of the agricultural machinery manufacturers examined in the Aegean Region,? To determine the level of competitiveness of the observed firms of agricultural machinery.With this purpose, the literature on ?Common Agricultural Policies? were reviewed, and questionnaires were carried out in order to determine the potential effects of the adaptation of the agricultural sector to Common Agricultural Policies in the course of full membership to the European Union.The survey was conducted with the agricultural machinery manufacturers having significant status in their own region and fields and those serving in different fields of agriculture (both animal and vegetal etc,) and producing goods. The data were evaluated according to the hypotheses decided in advance and some criteria were tried to be determined for the evaluation of the competitiveness.The firms desiring to enter the EU market and to become an international actor should add the technological components and adapt the information technologies to their products. The firms planning to export agricultural machinery to the countries such as USA, Canada and Australia where large scale agricultural holdings are common should not only be equipped with electronic components but also add big, strong, and robust machinery to their variety of products for high level of manufacturing and large scale agricultural activities by considering the growth trend of the companies as a result of globalization and under economical pressures. Quality and technological level may frequently surpass the criteria of price in the developed markets.
