Özet
Bir kavram tahlîli olan tezimiz giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında konunun önemi, mahiyeti ve yöntemi hakkında bazı değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur.Birinci bölümde sünnetin sözlük ve ıstılâhî anlamlarına değinilirken, kavramın Kur'ân ve Sünnet'teki kullanımları da genel olarak tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra sünnetin temel İslâm ilimleri, siyer ve İslâm Tarihi'nde hangi manalarda kullanıldığı ifade edilmektedir.İkinci bölüm tezimizin en önemli kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Burada Kütüb-i Tis'a diye isimlendirilen hadis kaynaklarından Buhârî ve Müslim'in Sahihleri, Tirmizî, Ebû Dâvud, İbn Mâce, Nesâî ve Dârimî'nin Sünenler'i, Mâlik'in Muvattâ'ı ve Ahmed b. Hanbel'in Müsned'inde tespit edilen, sünnet ve ondan türeyen kelime ve kavramlara ait rivayetlerin metni, tercümesi, kaynakları ve ilgili şerhlere dayanan açıklamaları bulunmaktadır. Hadislerin izahında anlamla ilgili yorumlar asıl metinde, farklı lafızlarla ilgili rivayetler ve hadisin sened durumuyla ilgili bilgiler de dipnotta gösterilmiştir. Bu bölümde Hz. Peygamber'den (s.a.) itibaren sünnetin kavramlaşma süreci, sünnet kelimesinin geçtiği hadislerle anlatılmaya çalışılmış ve sünnetin Hz. Peygamber (s.a.), sahabe ve tâbiûn tarafından nasıl kullanıldığı başlıklar halinde verilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber'in (s.a.) farklı manalarda kullandığı sünnet kelimesine ait rivayetler de, sünnet kelimesinin ihtiva ettiği anlamlara göre, o manaya uygun başlıklar verilerek incelenmiştir.Sonuç kısmında ise bu araştırma sonucunda varılan kanaat ve tespitler ortaya konulmuştur.

Our thesis, which is an analyisis of a concept, consists of an introduction, two explanatory parts and a conclusion. In the introduction the importance, reality and method of the issue is evaluated.In the first explanatory part; we mentioned the meaning of the Sunnah and we tried to determine the usage of the concept in the Kur?an and the Sunnah. Then we mentioned, in which ways the Sunnah is used within Fundamental Science of Islam, Siyer (the life of Prophet Muhammed (s.a.)) and the History of Islam.The second explanatory part is the most important part of the thesis which includes the main aim. This part includes the explanation of the Sunnah, determined and passed on from the texts, translations and resources, and the subject which is related to the issue, and the concepts which is proceed from the Sunna, in resources of Hadith Buhârî and Muslim?s Sahih?s, Tirmizî, Ebû Dâvûd, İbn Mâce, Nesâî and Dârimî?s Sunan?s, Mâlik?s Muvatta and Ahmed b. Hanbel?s Musned which are known as Kütüb-i Tis?a. The interpretations about the meaning of the explanation of the Hadith is shown in the mean text, and the hearsays which is related to the different expressions and the information which is related to the condition of the source of the Hadith, are shown in the footnotes. This part also includes the improvement of the Sunnah from the period of the Prophet Muhammed (s.a.), and the Hadiths which include the word ?Sunnah?, and the usage of the Sunnah by the Prophet Muhammed (s.a.), the companions of Prophet Muhammed (s.a.) (Sahabe), and the companions of the Sahabe (Tâbiûn), title by title. The other words of the Sunnah which are used by the Prophet Muhammed (s.a.) acording to the hearsays, are investigated in appropriate titles according to the meanings which are contained by the Sunnah.In the conclusion, the determinations and bliefs, which is obtained at the end of this research, are shown.
