Özet
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı; sporun öğrencilerin okul ders başarıları üzerinde olumlu ya da olumsuz etkilerinin olup olmadığını belirleyebilme olarak ifade edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda; Trabzon İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı toplam 5 ilköğretim okulunda toplam 1142 kız / erkek öğrenci üzerinde anket araştırması yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırmada; bu öğrencilerin bir önceki yıla ait 1. dönem, 2. dönem ve yılsonu notları incelenmiştir. Bu incelemede; Seviye Belirleme Sınavında ağırlıklı dersler olan Matematik, Türkçe, Sosyal Bilgiler ve Fen ve Teknoloji dersleri ele alınmıştır.Test sonuçlarına göre yapılan değerlendirmede; spor yapmanın ders notları üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığı durumu incelenmiş ve sadece Türkçe 2. dönem dersinin spor yapmayanlarda daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Diğer derslerde ise spor yapmanın bu dersler üzerinde herhangi bir etkisi görülmemiştir. Lisanslı spor yapan öğrenciler kendi aralarında değerlendirildiğinde ise anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır.Sonuçta, genel olarak lisanslı spor yapmanın dersleri olumsuz yönde etkilemediği, hatta okul sporlarıyla ilgilenen özellikle erkek öğrencilerin ders başarılarının daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

The main aim of this research was expressed as able to determine whether sport has been positive or negative effects on students? successes about their lessons. Because of this reason, a poll was done at total five primary education schools which depend on Trabzon İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü on total 1142 students who are both girls and boys. In this research which was done, these students? notes of the first period and the second period which belong to the previous year, and the notes of and of the year were inspected. In this inquiry, Mathematics, Turksh, Social Studies, Art and Technology lesons which become more effective at the exam of level determination, were studied.The stuation whether having sport has any effect on lesson notes or not, was inspected and according to the test results; only the second period?s Turkish lesson was seen well on the students who not having sport. But in other lessons, having sport was not seen any bd effect. When certified students who have sport, were evolvated, a big difference could not have been found between them.In this result, it was understood that genellary having sport whith a certified does not effect lessons negatively and the students who deal whith the school sports especially boys, become more successful at their lessons.
