Özet
Bu tezde, Kompleks potansiyelli Lineer Schrondinger Denklemi için Lions fonksiyonelli Optimal Kontrol Problemi ele alındı. Bu çalışmanın 3.1. bölümünde problemin çözümünün varlığı ve tekliğine ait hükümler ispatlandı ve fonksiyonun gradiyenti için olan formülü kullanarak optimal kontrol probleminin çözümü için varyasyon eşitsizliği şeklinde gerek şart ispatlandı

In this thesis, i probe optimal control problem with Lions functional for complex potentail linear Schrondinger equation. In the chapter 3.1 of this thesis it proved that the results belonging to the existence and uniqueness of the solution of this problem and obtained Formula for the gradiyent of this function. It is also proved necessary condition in the shape of variation inequality fort he solution optimal control problem by using the Formula obtained for gradient. In the chapter 3.2 of this thesis the finite difference method has been applied the considered optimal control problem. The convergence of finite differences method has been proved wiht respect to functional.
