Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, bulanık mantık yaklaşımının performans değerlendirilmesinde kullanımı incelenmiş, bulanık mantık yaklaşımı kullanılarak eğitim fakültelerinde öğrenim gören öğretmen adaylarının mikro öğretim uygulamalarındaki performanslarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik model oluşturulmuş, yazılım geliştirilmiş ve örnek uygulamalara yer verilmiştir.Giriş bölümünde, öğretmenin eğitim ve öğretimdeki yeri ve önemi üzerinde durulmuş, performans değerlendirmede bulanık mantık yaklaşımı kullanımının sebepleri, gereksinim ve nedenleri ortaya konularak çalışmanın amacı açık bir şekilde ifade edilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, bilgi tabanlı sistemler olan uzman sistemler ve bulanık mantık yaklaşımı incelenmiş, bulanık mantık yaklaşımı ve mikro öğretim ile ilgili yurt içi ve yurt dışında yapılan çalışmalara yer verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde, mikro öğretim uygulaması ve performans değerlendirme modeli anlatılmıştır. Performans değerlendirmenin önemi ve aday öğretmenlerin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılabilirliği açıklanmıştır. Bulanık mantık yaklaşımının öğretmen adaylarının mikro öğretim uygulamalarındaki performanslarının değerlendirmelerinde kullanılmasına yönelik önerilen yöntem ve geliştirilen bilgisayar yazılımı anlatılmıştır. Bulanık mantık yaklaşımı kullanılarak öğretmen adaylarının mikro öğretim uygulamasındaki performanslarının değerlendirmesine yönelik uygulamalara yer verilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde, tez çalışmasından elde edilen sonuçlara yer verilmiştir.Beşinci bölümde, tez hakkındaki son değerlendirmeler ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.

In this study, Fuzzy Logic approach has been presented to assess the micro teaching performances of teacher trainees who study at education faculties. A fuzzy logic model has been designed to serve this aim and fuzzy decision algorithms have been developed.The introduction section focuses on the importance of teacher in education and teaching. It also emphasizes the aim of study by presenting the reasons and the need for use of fuzzy logic approach in performance evaluation.Section II displays the analysis of data-based expert systems and fuzzy logic approach. It presents the relevant studies on fuzzy logic and micro teaching.Section III attempts to focus on the micro teaching implementation and assessment model. The significance of performance assessment and its use in the evaluation process of teacher trainees have been noted. The section also explains the proposed method and developed software which have been used in the evaluation process of performances. Moreover, the implementation of this software on performance assessment has been presented.With reference to the results of this study, the advantages of use of fuzzy logic in assessment have been discussed in the fourth chapter.Finally, the fifth chapter deals with pedagogical implications and suggestions for further studies.
