Özet
Bu çalışmada, rasyonlara değişik oranlarda ilave edilen Kuru Domates Posasının (KDP), tavukların yumurta sarısı pigmentasyonu ve bazı verim parametreleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır.Çalışma, Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Çiftliğinde yürütülmüştür. Tesadüf parselleri desenine göre düzenlenen denemede, 5 muamele grubunun her birinde üçer tekerrür ve her bir tekerrürde de 5'er adet olmak üzere, 40 haftalık yaştaki toplam 75 adet Lohmann ırkı kahverengi yumurtacı tavuk kullanılmıştır. Denemede, kontrol grubu 1 (%0 KDP + 1,5 mg kantaksantin / 0 mg apo karotenoik asit ester), kontrol grubu 2 (%0 KDP + 1,5 mg kantaksantin / 0,5 mg apo karotenoik asit ester), 3. grup (% 10 KDP), 4. grup (% 15 KDP) ve 5. grup (%20 KDP) olmak üzere beş farklı muamele grubu yer almıştır. Tavuklara yem ve su ad-libutum olarak verilmiştir.Rasyona kuru domates posası ilavesinin yumurta verimi, sarı ağırlığı, kabuk kırılma mukavemeti, kabuk ağırlığı, kabuk kalınlığı, ak indeks değeri ve haugh birimi üzerine etkisi istatistikî açıdan önemsiz (P>0.05), yemden yararlanma oranı, kabuklu yumurta ağırlığı ve şekil indeksi değerine etkisi önemli (P<0.05) olmuştur.Sekiz haftalık araştırma sonucunda muamelelerin yumurta sarısı toplam beta-karoten değerine etkisi önemli (P<0.05), yumurta sarısı likopen miktarına, yumurta sarısı renk skoruna (Roche Colour Fan= RCF) canlı ağırlık kazancına, yem tüketimine ve sarı indeksine etkisi çok önemli (P<0.01) olmuştur.Yumurta sarısındaki en yüksek renk değeri %20 KDP ilavesi ile elde edilmiştir (9.59 ± 0.13). Beşinci gruptan sağlanan RCF değeri her iki kontrol grubundan (1. ve 2.) elde edilen RCF değerlerinden daha yüksek olmuştur. Buna rağmen elde edilen bu RCF değeri, yumurta sarısı için arzu edilen RCF değerinin (10?11) altında gerçekleşmiştir

This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of adding of dried tomato pulp to the diets of laying hens on egg yolk pigmentation and some yield parameters in laying hens.The research was carried out in Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University, Agricultural Faculty Research and Practice Farm. The research was arranged in completely randomized plots with three replications and 75 Lohmann brown layers 40 weeks old. Hens were divided into five groups. In this experiment different five rations were used the, first control group (%0 dried tomato pulp + 1.5 mg canthaxanthin / 0 mg ß-apo-8'-caroteonic acid ethyl ester), the second control group (%0 dried tomato pulp + 1.5 mg canthaxanthin / 0.5 mg ß-apo-8'-caroteonic acid ethyl ester), the third group ((%10 dried tomato pulp), fourth (%15 dried tomato pulp) and the fifth (%20 dried tomato pulp). The laying hens were fed and watered ad-libitum with 24 h illumination.The effect of adding dried tomato pulp to rations on cumulative feed intake (g), egg yolk weight (g), shell strength (kg /cm2), shell weight (g), shell thickness (mm), albumen inex (%), avarage haugh unit were not significant (P>0.05), but feed conversion efficiency (kg feed / kg egg ), egg weight (g), shape index were significantly (P<0.05) effected.At the end of the study the amounts of total beta-carotene from the groups were found statistically significant (P<0.05) and amounts of total lycopen and yolk colour score of egg yolk of experiments, total live weight gain, total feed intake and yolk index were found highly significant (P<0.01).The highest Roche color fan value (9.59 ± 0.13) was belong to the group fed a diet suplemented with 20% dried tomato pulp. This value was higher than RCF value of the groups control I and control II (1 and 2. group). However this higher RCF value was lower than the desired RCF value (10-11) for yolk
