Özet
ÖZET ULUDAĞ ALPİN ZONU BİTKİLERİNİN NİTRAT REDÜKTAZ AKTIVİTESÎ ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMALAR Bu araştırmada Uludağ alpin zonunda yer alan Festuca, Jun/perus ve Nardus bitki topluluklarını oluşturan bitkilerde nitrat redüktaz aktivitesi belirlenmiştir. Nitrat redüktaz aktivitesi, inkübasyon ortamında bırakılan bitki parçalarının nitratı indirgemeleri sonucu oluşan nitritin spektrofotometrede ölçülmesiyle tayin edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, bitkilerin nitrat redüktaz aktivitesinin familyalara ve türlere göre değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma alanlarındaki familyalardan, Urt/caceae familyasının 17.08 |imol N02/g.iı ile en yüksek NRA'ya, Lentibufariaceae familyasının ise 0.01 |Xmol NCyg.h ile en düşük NRA'ya sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Elde edilen NRA değerleri bitki topluluklarına göre değerlendirildiğinde, Festuca bitki topluluğunda NRA'nın 1.54 |J,moi N02/g.h ile en yüksek, Nardus bitki topluluğunda ise 0.88 jimol NOj/g.h ile düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Jun/perus bitki topluluğunun ortalama NRA'sı, Festuca bitki topluluğunun ortalama NRA'sından düşük olmasına karşın, Nardus bitki topluluğunun ortalama NRA'sına benzerdir(0.89 |imolN02/g.lı). Yükseklik ile NRA arasında da bir ilişki olduğu ve NRA'nın yüksekliğe bağlı olarak arttığı görülmüştür. Nitrat redüktaz aktivitesinin topraktaki yıllık net nitrat verimi ile ilişkisine bakıldığında, yüksek NRA'ya sahip olan Festuca bitki topluluğunun yer aldığı alanlarda yıllık net nitrat veriminin yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır(25.614 kg/ha). Yıllık net nitrat veriminin düşük olduğu (12.914 kg/ha), Nardus bitki topluluğunun NRA'sı düşüktür. (0.88 [imol N02/g.h) Yine bu araştırmada elde edilen NRA değerleri ile, bu toplulukların fitomass'ında saptanmış olan yıllık azot artışı da uygunluk göstermektedir.

RESEARCHS ON THE NITRATE REDUCTASE ACTIVITY OF THE ALPINE ZONE PLANTS İN ULUDAĞ ABSTRACT: In this research, the nitrate reductase activities of the plants forming the plant community of Festuca, Juniperus and Nardus are determined. The nitrate reductase activity is determined by the nitrate reduction of the plant particles left in the incubation medium. At the end of this research, it was determined that the nitrate reductase activity varies in different families and species. From families in the research area, it was defined that the Urticaceae family has the highest NRÂ with 17.08 \Lmoll>tÖ2/g.hlan<i\he/.e/7t/âu/ar/aceae family has the lowest NRA with 0.01|imolNO2/g.ii. When the obtained NRA values are evaluated according to communities of plants, it was determined that Festuca plant community has the highest NRA value with 1.54 n-mol NOj/g.h and, A/ardus plant community has the lowest NRA value with 0.88 |imolN02/g.h. Though the average NRA of plant community Juniperus is lower than average NRA of the plant community Festuca it is similar to the average NRA of plant community Nardus (0.89 HjnolNOj/g.h). A relationship between height and NRA values and increased NRA according to height was observed. Considering the relationship between the nitrate reductase activity with the annual net nitrate profit in soil, the annual nitrate profit is determined to be high in the areas where the Festuca plant community is located (25.596 kg/ha). The NRA is low (0.88 |imol N02/g.h) in the Nardus plant community having a low net nitrate profit. Also in this research, the determined NRA values and the annual nitrogen increase in the phytomass of these communities show similarity.
