Özet
Bu çalışmada; Türkiye'nin sosyo-ekonomik yapısını etkileyen trafik olgusu, trafik eğitimi ve trafikte kullanılan oyunla öğretim konuları ele alınmıştır. Trafik, insanların gereksinimlerini karşılamada, günlük yaşantılarını güvenle sürdürmede, yaşamlarını daha kolay hale getirmede önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu durum hem maddi hem de manevi olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu bağlamda yaya, yolcu ve sürücülerin trafikteki güvenli davranışlarını eğitim ile kazanmaları ve yanlış davranışları önlemede ise etkin denetim yöntemleriyle güvenli ve düzenli bir trafik ortamı oluşturabilir. Bu düzenlemelere bağlı yasalar çerçevesinde trafik hizmetlerini yürüten trafik görevlileri ile tüm bireylere görevler düşmektedir.Örgün eğitimlerde `Güvenli Trafik Eğitimi' gelişmiş ülkelerdeki gibi `Oyunla Eğitim ve Öğretme' metodu ile desteklenip küçük yaşlardan itibaren bilinçli, trafik değer yargısı oluşmuş ve olumlu davranışlar sergileyen saygılı, sabırlı, hoşgörülü, kurallara uyma davranışı gösterebilen, sorumluluk sahibi bireyler yetiştirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Buna paralel olarak üniversitelerde bununla ilgili bölümler açılarak ve kaynak, materyal hazırlanıp bilimsel çalışmalarla desteklenebilir. Böylelikle kazalardaki kayıplar azalacak beraberinde toplumda trafik kültürünün özümsemiş ve yaşantısına dönüştürmeye yönelik bilgiler açıklanmıştır.Trafik kuralları, dünyanın bütün ülkelerinde aynıdır. Ülkelerin gelişmişliği, kurallara uyulması ile doğru orantılıdır. Bu sonuçla toplu yaşamı düzenleyen kuralların öğrenilmesi bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir ki bu da ancak eğitim ile çözebiliriz. Örgün eğitimlerde trafik eğitimi ve bireylerde oluşacak davranış değişikliği ile ilgili öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this study; the traffic educations which are affecting the socio-economical structure of our country, traffic education and education with games methods used in the traffic education have been discussed. The traffic has an important place by meeting the people?s requirements, safely surviving their daily lives and making their life easier. This situation can be evaluated both as physically and mentally. In this context, the positive and safety behaviors of pedestrians, passengers and drivers can only be supplied with the education, may be strengthened with games, activities and application areas, and can be supported with the efficient traffic controls. In this scope, both the traffic policemen and individual persons have responsibilities and duties in accordance with the related laws.In formal educations ?The Safety Traffic Education? has been supported with ?Education with Playing? method like in developed countries and it is aiming to educate people who have consciousness, have the value judgment of traffic and showing positive behaviors, courteous, patient, tolerant, comply with the rules and responsible as from the young ages. Parallel to these, the universities can establish related departments and by preparing the sources and materials, it can be supported with scientific studies. As a result of these scientific studies the necessary funds will be obtained for the related institutes. Therefore the losses caused by the accidents will be decreased and we will have more people who have been internalized the traffic culture, and explaining the information tended to convert the traffic rules into the people?s life.The traffic rules are same in all the countries in this world. The development levels of the countries are directly proportional with keeping the rules. With this result, it is necessary to learn the rules which are regulating the social life, and we can only solve it with education. The proposals about Traffic Education and Behavior Changes of the individuals have been presented.
