Özet
Anadolu Selçukluları Dönemi Kayseri Türbelerinde Taş Süslemeciliğini konu alan bu çalışma, ?giriş?, ?katalog?, ?değerlendirme? ve ?sonuç?tan oluşan dört ana bölümden meydana gelmektedir.Birinci bölümde, ?Giriş? ana başlığı altında; `Konunun Tanımı ve Sınırları', `Araştırma Yöntemi', `Konu Hakkında Yapılan Araştırma ve Yayınlar' ve `Kayseri Tarihi' tanıtılarak, çalışmanın yöntemi belirtilmiştir.İkinci bölüm, tezin ?katalog? örneklerini ihtiva etmektedir. Burada Kayseri'deki Selçuklu Dönemine ait 15 türbedeki süslemeler incelenmiştir. Katalog örnekleri 12. yüzyılın sonlarından 13. yüzyıl sonlarına kadar olan dönemde, Selçuklular tarafından yapılmış türbelerin süslemelerinin anlatımından oluşmaktadır. Burada her bir türbe, ait olduğu `yapının inşa tarihi', `yaptıranı', `mimarı', `malzeme' ve `mimari özellikleri' hakkında genel bilgiler verildikten sonra `yapıdaki yeri', `teknik' ve `süsleme' özelliklerine göre ayrıntılı biçimde tasvir edilmektedir.Üçüncü bölüm, Selçuklu türbelerinin tasarım ve süsleme özelliklerine göre yapılan genel bir değerlendirmeden oluşmaktadır. ?Değerlendirme? de Kayseri Anadolu Selçuklu Türbelerindeki süslemeler, `malzeme ve teknik', `taş süslemenin uygulandığı alanlar ve kronolojik gelişimi', `taş süslemede görülen motif ve kompozisyonlar' bakımından ele alınarak gruplara ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca türbelerde görülen süslemeler, diğer Anadolu Selçuklu yapılarında görülen benzer süslemelerle karşılaştırılmıştır.Dördüncü bölümde, tez çalışması sonucunda, Anadolu Selçuklu Türbelerinde görülen süslemelerin gelişimi hakkında bilgi verilerek, Selçuklu türbelerinde süsleme çözümlenmesine katkıda bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

This study which consists of the stone decoration in the ?Kayseri Tombs? in the Anatolian Seljuk Period, is composed of four main parts; ?introduction?, ?catalog?, ?evaluation? and ?conclusion?.In part I, under the name of introduction, the importance and the limits of the subject, the method of the research, the study and the elements about the subject and the history of Kayseri are introduced with referring to the method of study .The part II includes the catalog samples. In thesis study the fifteen tombs stone decoration in the Seljuk period of Kayseri are examined. These examples consist of the expression of the tomb decorations made by Seljuks, from the latest XII. century to latest XIII. century. In this part, each tomb is described according to its location, the construction technique and the formation of its components and the decorative features, after having given the information about the construction date of the tombs, its donor, the architect and the architectural features, the building materials in detail.The part III is composed of a general evaluation which is done according to the design and the decorative features of the Seljuks tombs. In the evaluation part the stone decoration of Anatolian Seljuks Tombs in Kayseri are separated into the groups according to the material and the technique, the stone decoration and the chronological development of the applied field, the motifs and the compositions in stone decoration. Moreover, the decorations in the tombs are compared with similar decorations in the other Anatolian Seljuk structures.In part IV as a result of the thesis work, giving the information about the development of the decorations in the Seljuk tombs, it is tried to contribute to the analysis of the Seljuk tomb decorations.
